"The Farm House was the perfect setting for our family reunion, 10 adults, 4 children. Most of our time was spent in the pool area, which is very family friendly. The house is very comfortable, bed rooms are large and many bathrooms throughout. The kitchen is very well stocked, plenty of service for 14 people and all the gadgets we needed. The kids also enjoyed walking the grounds and seeing the animals on the farm."

"Place is immaculate. Beds are comfortable, hotel like dispensers for all essential products. Great location close to the highway and Glastonbury Center. Owner is very responsive."

"excellent property, great value, good location. very clean. Only 1 minor issue and a couple of siggestions: we seen too many carpenter ants(large black) throughout the house. Suggestions: extra pillows and blankets and it might be helpful to have at least 1 grab bar in the tub/shower. We would stay here again when in the area. "

"The Lake House was AMAZING! With its 5 great size bedrooms ( privacy for everyone) . 3 full baths, with plenty of hot water, for the many showers after a day in the lake The 1/2 bath on first floor was a nice bonus to have with such a large crowd! The large, fully stocked kitchen, with its large island and even larger peninsula (plus a view of the lake) made preparing, cooking and serving meals most enjoyable! We appreciated the cleanliness of all rooms especially the kitchen and bathrooms...

"Great lake house! Everything was exactly as expected and owner is very responsive and easy to contact, but we didn't need to ask for anything. Check in and out was easy, and cleaning tasks at the end of our stay were none, which we were extremely pleased with. "

We were able to get to Walmart and Big Y for some snacks and toiletries and to Mohegan Sun for dinner. It was stocked with the necessities and has plenty of space for everyone. "House was great. Owner was awesome. Pool and hot tub were maintained very well. The house was hot would be the only negative. Owner was super nice and helpful. 5 Stars would return. "

"My family and I came for an 8 day event from a different state and wanted a clean and comfortable place to stay with our at the time 9 month old daughter. And this place did exactly that. Comfortable and CLEAN. The owner did a great job with details. Even when we had unexpected check out delays the owner showed human empathy. Great place!"

"Charming antique property full of character with private backyard, minutes to everything in Old Saybrook. Note- bedrooms half bath are upstairs along with lovely family room, full bath with shower is down. Property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Went up with a bunch of friends and the trip couldn't have gone better. Pond was filled with fish and a lot of room for activities throughout the property including the shooting range, hiking, firepits, etc. The owners were very accommodating and very responsive with any questions we had. Check in was a breeze and you will definitely see us back here in the future."
