Fichtelgebirge: Modern apartment on the outskirts, close to nature

The former housing project home was completely renovated and completed in 2025; it features two separate apartments. The "Erz" vacation rental is approximately 30 square meters and is located on the first floor of the building. There is a small terrace and lawns surrounding the house. A parking space is available, and an underground parking spot can be arranged upon special request. Bicycles can be stored in a barn (which is not yet fully completed). We prioritize sustainability and environmental protection (recycling, a coffee machine with a "Balls" filter). Laundry can be washed and dried upon request (for an additional fee). To encourage socializing and interaction with others, we offer common areas with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bar, a reading corner, a historical corner, and an additional restroom. The town offers shopping, sports and recreational activities, doctors, a hospital, a movie theater, and plenty of nature. The proximity to the Czech Republic makes trips there appealing.
