"The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated."

"Sadly, a good experience during the stay became uncomfortable when they accused me of damaging the kettle in my room, they accused me of having used it with milk, which is incorrect and I categorically deny it, I used the kettle properly with water for coffee and tea, on the other hand, they found milk in a cup because I ate cereal but with cold milk, at no time did I use the kettle to heat milk. "Wow in every aspect. We stayed in the Jane Seymour suite for 2 nights, its a lovely spacious room with tea/coffee making facilities and delicious shortbread biscuits. Milk and bottled water were also provided in the fridge. Plenty of sockets around the room. Bathroom equipped with both shower and roll top bath with plenty of Lewis and Cole toiletries.

Check-in rapidísimo y check-out instantáneo. Super preparado para no perder el tiempo."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to t4 at Heathrow and walkable. Front desk staff were fast & helpful. Rooms were clean. Only one complaint was that the housekeeper was cleaning rooms in my area and slamming doors between 9:30pm- 10:15pm. It was a little inconvenient since I needed to wake up at 3:45am for an early flight."

"Excelente lugar para quedarse a descansar mientras esperas tu vuelo. Me gustó mucho."
