"SOOOOOOOO MANY things I / we LOVED about the Property - Check In-Staff were extremely friendly and process was easy Room-Had everything you could want and very clean and, replenished daily Amenities-Was straight across from a Shopping Centre that had a Food Court, Coles, Aldis, etc Laundry-Was a big room with x4 washing machines/dryers, folding bench and iron. "Easy check in and nice tidy room. Good value for the room, although parking was slightly expensive. Breakfast was amazing."

"Very good"

"Fairly dirty room. A si gel sheet covered the mattress and it was an old hard mattress. The door to the outside area was only secured with a flimsy slide bolt that seemed to be made from aluminium. There were a few small cockroaches under the kettle base. The shower was a positive except they when you opened the shower door the shower head was actually above the shower head and the door opened to the shower head side as you could only open it inwards. Old decor inside and external needs a...

"The Royal Hotel is a convenient place to stay. The room is adequate but the Aircon didn’t work and the the shared bathrooms need an upgrade and clean. There are some opportunities for improvement."

"Great for a one night stay for a concert at Homebush. Once we’d checked out we realised we’d forgotten something and the staff were exceedingly helpful in helping us recover it! Thankyou."

"Clean and well situated for Sydney Olympic Park."

"Cheap and cheerful hotel, self check in/out, amazing location parking onsite close to Olympic park. A bit tired but a beautiful old hotel and clean/comfortable stay. We would visit again."

"Well presented clean room, a later checkout was provided on request."
