Ich kann mich den vorherigen Gästen und den 10/10-Bewertungen nur anschließen. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und im Inserat beschrieben sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool hervorragend. Vinko ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Seit mehr als 10 Jahren buche ich buche 2-3 Ferienhäuser pro Jahr. Dieses gehört zu den Top-3, die ich bislang hatte.

The best villa rental experience

We were a group of nine, the villa looked perfect for the size of our group online and was exactly as described when we arrived. The surroundings were very peaceful and quiet with a nice cooling breeze around the pool. The pool was the perfect size and the interior was absolutely spotless and modern. Vinko is the most accommodating and helpful host I have ever experienced, he was sending me information on the local amenities and restaurants etc, long before we arrived, and was always available if we needed anything. I have been renting villas for 30 years, this is my best experience yet.

Perfect villa in a heatwave

The villa is spacious & clean, the pool area and outside space was wonderful.Vinkoput us in touch with a boat conpany, we had an amazing time visiting a few islands and bays not accessible by road.All highly recommendedA car is essential

This is a beautiful villa in a lovely, quiet location. Vinko was a great host and was at the end if a phone if we needed him. The rooms were spacious, clean and very well maintained. Pool was ideal, just the right temperature. The villa was only 1km from Marina, a beautiful harbour with a great beach. Overall fantastic, would come again! The villa was only 1km

Nice and fresh!

New and nice house with good standard. Clean and fresh pool that cooled off in the heat.Shady roof right by the pool. Well equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. Very nice surroundings,nice village with several beaches only a couple of kilometers away. Car is good to have Vinko was a very nice host who helped us with everything we needed! We recommend this house!

Nice villa in quiet area with privat pool

We liked that the villa had all facilities. It was situated in a quiet area with a nice pool, but the supermarked and restaurants were still near located (you need a car though). The host was available, friendly and had good tips.

Rundum schönes Haus mit toller Umgebung

Danke erstmal an Vinko für eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche. Das Haus ist extrem luxuriös und für bis zu 10 Leute perfekt ausgestattet. Blitzblank geputzt und generell sehr gepflegt. Wir sind als eine Studentengruppe mit 10 Leuten angereist und auch wenn man abends laut ist, stört sich daran keiner. Ein Auto kann man nur empfehlen, weil der Weg zum Supermarkt/ Strand sonst doch etwas lang und steil ist. Vinko ist ein unglaublich engagierter Gastgeber. Wir hatten ein Problem mit den Heißwasserbeuler und es wurde sich umgehend gekümmert und das Problem gelöst. Auch was Ausflugsziele und ähnliches angeht hat er tolle Tipps gegeben. Vor allem die Bootstour, die er empfohlen hat war ein Erlebnis! Er spricht fließend Deutsch und ist total freundlich. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine süße Strände (teils eben per Boot zu erreichen) und Trogir, sowie Split sind einen Ausflug wert. Wir werden bei der nächsten Urlaubsplanung auf jeden Fall auf Vinko zurückkommen!

Top Vaccation

Owner is a perfect Host which is helpful with any open Questions like Sightseeing or Restaurants. House position is 2-3 min per car from sea in the hills above (perfect quiet place). Same distance for Grocery Store, Pharmacy and Restaurants. Location was perfect clean and stuffed with all what is needed. We was 9 People and everybody enjoyed their stay. Ronny

Life quality in the sun

We had a great time in the house. Pictures weren’t lying, it was even better. The planning of the floorplans was great. Three nice bathrooms and good bedrooms with ac in each and everyone which was very appreciated. The pool and poolarea was the highlight for almost everyone, perfect temperature and great planned for sunlovers 😎 The nearby Marina beach is great aswell as the two nearby supermarkets. The only thing that we missed was a bigger refrigerator because we were two familys and cooked almost every meal in the house. Otherwise it was awesome everything, two thumbs up!

A wonderful place!

This house may look too good to be true. It's not that, it's better! We had a wonderful holiday week in this house which has everything you need. And Vinko is the best host! We will definitely be back. Recommend having a car if you want to stay here. Then you can see both Split and Trogir. Also recommend taking a boat trip to see the blue cave, the islands and the blue lagoon. We traveled from Moody bar, and their boat is more comfortable to travel on than the boats from Split and Trogir. Parking is also easier.

Einfach klasse !!!!

Die äußerst saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft kann man wirklich sehr empfehlen, wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte und die Stille genießen will. Der Vermieter war super nett, sehr hilfreich und sehr sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, den man nur weiter empfehlen kann..

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Der Urlaub hat begonnen mit einer wahnsinnig freundlichen Begrüßung des Eigentümers Finko, welcher auch von Anfang bis Ende mehr als Hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. Von Empfehlungen von Restaurants oder Freizeitmöglichkeiten bis hin zu fragen über das Haus war er zu jeder Tageszeit erreichbar. Das Haus an sich ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Aussenbereich ist im Hellen und besonders im Dunkeln wunderschön mit dem beheizten Pool und einigen Lichtakzenten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man hat seine Ruhe aber auch wenn man etwas unternehmen wollte war man in nur ca 9 km an der nächsten größeren Altstadt Trogir und in ca 25 km in der großen Stadt Split. Im großen und ganzen ein perfekter Urlaub!! Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!! P.S: Der selbstgemachte Wein von Finko als Abschiedsgeschenk war SEHR lecker. DANKE!

Schöne September Tage in Dalmatien

Sehr nett eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage, trotzdem nicht weit vom Meer und Strand entfernt. Wir haben den Pool und die große überdachte Terasse und die Privatsphäre sehr genossen. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Danke an Vinko und Željka die, trotz sehr sehr kurzfristiger Buchung, uns einen tollen Urlaub beschert haben.

Summer 2022

It was a great week. House is very clean and comfortable for two families. Its situated in very quiet neighbourhood. It is also well equipped. Our kids spent most of the time at pool which is good for small kids and for older ones as well (pool depth - up to 1.5m). There is ~5mins by car to nearest shop/bakery / beach (all located at Marina). Its also well comunicated with Trogir/Split. Thank you Vinko for your hospitality. Hope we will come back next year!

Schön ruhig

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem schönen ruhigen Haus mit nicht einsehbarem Pool verbracht. Mit dem Auto sind es ein paar Minuten von Marina entfernt. Das Haus liegt auf dem Hügel, weswegen ein Auto angebracht ist, falls man nicht sehr sportlich ist. Gute Ausgangslage für Staedtetrips (KRKA NP, Trogir, Mostar, Dubrovnik) İn Marina gibt es gute Restaurants und kleine Buchten zum Baden. Vinko ist ein sehr angenehmer , hilfsbereiter und netter Gastgeber. Danke für die Tips und die unterhaltsamen Geschichten am Tisch 😀 Das einzige Negative sind die Mücken draussen, Citronenöl daher nicht vergessen 😅

Erholung pur

In dem wunderschönen Haus mit Pool und Garten konnten wir richtig abschalten und die Seele baumeln lassen. Trotz aller Ruhe ist man schnell im Supermarkt, am Strand, in Trogir oder Split. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war super, sehr freundlich , immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Für eine gute Zeit mit mehreren Erwachsenen jederzeit zu empfehlen.
