Great location right on the bay. Host was amazing with communication well before and during our stay. They made sure you were taken care with travel, logisitics and things to do. One of the best experiences I have had.

Marina del Cantone is a fabulous place on the Sea. I highly recommend Il Terrazzino Sul Mare for your next holiday. My husband and I came for a few days of relaxation and good food and we were not disappointed. Stefano is a generous and helpful host, giving lots of information and offering to book dinner reservations for our first night as well as a taxi to take us back to Sorrento. The home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for making coffee in the morning and cooking pasta for dinner. The view from the patio was spectacular. The sound of the waves you can hear all the time and the colors of the sea and sky, breathtaking. All of the people in the small area are kind and friendly, even patient with me while I practiced the little Italian that I know. We hope to come back again!

We had an amazing stay. Stefano and Luca were so helpful and accommodating for us. They assisted us with making reservations for meals, boats and even booked taxis to other towns for us. They were available at every request. I would highly recommend this home. The town is so beautiful and the food is authentic and delicious. You will love your stay here guaranteed.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Stefano was the perfect host- very communicative as I was planning the trip and he helped greatly with recommendations and bookings, and his brother Lucca was very helpful upon our arrival. I felt that I had friends in Nerano if we needed anything. The house is steps away from the beach, several good restaurants, boat charters, and a few small shops- you cannot beat the location- the only drawback to the great location is that it can be a bit noisy, but I think it’d only be a drawback for very light sleepers. The bedrooms are clean and good size, the kitchen has anything you could need, and the best feature is the balcony overlooking the sea. It’s a very family friendly spot for people with small children, but also good for a romantic getaway or friends’ trip. Thank you Stefano!

We had the perfect holiday staying at this beautiful holiday home located in Marina del Cantone, which is a hidden gem on the Amalfi coast. The property was formally a fisherman house converted into a modern home featuring authentic hand-made furniture and air conditioning. The view from the terrace is stunning and the location is ideal for boat tours to Capri or other parts of the Amalfi coast - you literally step out of property onto the pier. Stefano is a brilliant host who was always on hand and arranged everything from our airport transfers to restaurant bookings. Marina del Cantone is a special place and everywhere you go people are so friendly. We plan to return and see no reason to stay elsewhere, particularly the tourist traps known on Amalfi coast.

My daughter and I had a really wonderful stay recently at this property. It is right on the beach in Marina del Cantone, and the view was breathtaking. The apartment is very clean and has everything you can need. The host Stefano was extremely helpful and we can't wait to go back again!!

Beautiful location, excellent access to the sea, only steps away from the beach and restaurants. The dock is right outside the door for boat rides to Capri and Amalfi. Stefano was extremely helpful and attentive to all of our needs to make our stay wonderful! Luca was a fantastic boat Captain for our day to Capri. Only issue was the shower was very small which made it tough for 4 people to share a bathroom.

My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 30th anniversary. Stefano and his brother were so helpful with the check-in, suggesting excursions, dining options, and assisting with booking. The location could not be more beautiful and right on the beach! Highly recommend!!!

So spoiled

We were looking to stay in the Sorrento area for our once in a lifetime trip to Italy. As I search, I found myself coming back to this property, even though it seemed to me it was a ways from Sorrento. We settled on Marina del Cantone and we are so glad we did. Stefano and Luca's property is right in the middle of this small, tightknit, wonderful town. Literally 20 seconds to the waterfront, and several fantastic places to eat (even a Michelin restaurant). And less than a minute from the pier where many Amalfi coast and Capri tours leave from (we saw people being bused in from all over to catch their boat...we just walked out the front door!). We found that we didn't need to go anywhere else, they had everything we needed within a minute walk. We enjoyed watching the workings of the marina from the front porch as well.The people in this town are the best. So kind and friendly! We were thankful for the powerful AC units since we were there during Europe's heatwave. The bed was comfortable and the area is peaceful and quiet at night.The place was perfect for us. But, what truly made the stay as great as it was were Stefano and Luca. They both were so welcoming, friendly, inviting, and incredibly helpful when we were planning things to do during our stay. (I strongly recommend renting a boat a sailor for the day to tour the Amalfi coast--it was one of the best things we did during our trip to Italy). If we get back, we will definitely stay again.

Fantastic Location and View!!!

This one bedroom home was awesome. As the pictures show we had a gorgeous view of the gulf and convenient places to eat in this small village for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The host Stefano and his lovely wife were great the entire trip, we would definitely stay here again!!!

The View and the Host

We had an excellent stay for 4 nights at this apartment. The view is incredible - just a few steps from the dock and the beach. The host provided great information and help which really made the stay pleasant. The apartment is rustic, clean and in a great location near some wonderful restaurants. Quiet cozy retreat

The property was clean quiet and a welcome refuge on a dark rainy night. The host greeted us to hand off the key and helped get our luggage up the stairs. We had got a quick tour and after he left found he’d left us supplies to make a pasta dinner - which was such a welcome and generous gesture. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and the apartment was more than adequate for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing we felt was missing were wine glasses.. The weather was really rainy for our first two days . The nearby mini market was handy for almost all our needs and there were lots of wonderful restaurants within minutes of our door. We enjoyed walking on the pebble beach once the sun came out. It was fun watching the boats zip around in the bay from the balcony. Rain or shine, the view of the bay was spectacular. The apartment had a lovely balcony for outside lounging. During our rainy days, we were wishing for a more comfortable place to sit and visit inside . This was a lovely place to stay and we would definitely return for more of the slow, easy pace of life this seaside nest has to offer.

Beautiful and Genuine

We chose the best place to stay on the Sea! Steps from the beautiful pebble beach and crystal clear blue water, cherished view of the cove and scenery along with delicious restaurants within seconds make this stay unforgettable! Stefano and Giulia were incredible hosts paying attention to every detail and always helping with ideas on sites and transportation. This home is authentic to the region with original windows and aspects of this area. There is beautiful original artwork to the home for viewing. This place to stay beats any resort there!!

Little gem on the sea

We had a wonderful stay at the end of our Italian adventure, and it was the icing on the cake! The property is small and rustic and just like you see in the pictures. The view was perfect! You walk out your door and you are on the little beach or at a restaurant of your choice! The owners are amazing and so helpful from the moment we booked, to check-in and check-out. They helped arrange dinner reservations, drivers, and sent much information on things to do in the area. What a wonderful stay we had.

Fabulous!

You absolutely can't beat the location of this apartment, steps from the beach and wonderful food all around you, and it has everything you could need. The space is comfortable and clean. What really sets this property apart is the host, he is absolutely amazing! Not only is he incredibly responsive before and during your stay, you do not need a travel agent... Stefano can help you fill days with exciting activities from a quick boat ride to an excellent family-owned restaurant, to treks to Capri or the Amalfi Coast, to food tours, to hiking, and more! Eventually we will come back for a longer stay and take advantage of all of the amazing opportunities offered by our gracious host. We can't thank you enough for an excellent stay!!

Perfect Stay

Location was perfect. Stefano and Giulia were wonderful host. Stefano helped arrange everything. They answered all of our questions. The views were amazing and the town was incredible. Stefano and Giulia truly made the trip so special and we hope to go back soon.

Beach front stay

If you love the ocean as we do, you cannot find a place like this anywhere! The house is 30 ft from the water! The hosts are kind, caring people who truly value your vacation time and provide ample choices for wonderful meals and activities. It is a one of a kind place where we felt like locals in this magical place! Even the locals make you feel part of the community.

Nice little hidden gem!

We loved this place as it was a welcome change from the fast paced bigger cities in Italy that we had visited. Stefan was awesome communicating with me prior to our stay and helped arranging our reservations at restaurants, side excursions, transportation to and from as well as adjusting our reservation dates. I loved this village and having all sorts of restaurant options was killer! We hung out on the back patio most nights drinking wine and playing cards. The view and overall vibe was just what we needed. I loved swimming each day and it was a few short steps away from the location. The cafe shop at the top of the steps was a daily morning ritual and Florina who served us was so nice and welcomed us each morning. We loved meeting the locals and some of the dogs that we would see each day. Ringo and Candy were our favs and we would see them playing with the local boys each day. I could stay at Stefan and Lucas place for weeks! We will be back!

Off the beaten path

Tvs weren't accessible for using my app accounts. Bathroom was different. No living room area. Location wasnt convenient, as i had thought, to downtown sorrento. Bus only ran once a day and ferry service was actually a boat tour. However, on a positive note, the tour, even tbough we weren't returning, was fabulous!! Vincenzo, Fransisco and Giovanni were absolutely amazing and carted our luggage around all day!! The hosts were very quick to respond to any issues. There were plenty of restaurants and a nice beach, but little else to do without taking a 35-40 minute bus ride. If you're looking for zero crowds, quiet, small village atmosphere, you'll enjoy the Holiday Home. Again, hosts were very kind and helpful.
