Great house and location
We loved the home and location. We were there the month of March. It was well stocked and very comfortable. It’s a big house with lots of room. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We loved the back patio. The only downside is the swimming pool situation. There is a big beautiful pool in the back, but is not heated and there is no option to do so. So unless you are there in the summer, it’s a nonfactor as the water was ice cold. We did have access to the community pool, but the main pool was not filled. The lap pool was open, but it is small and was loud and crowded.

Thank-you for your positive review and I am glad you enjoyed your stay at our family home. Most of our guests enjoy the heated lap pool at the clubhouse, but adults need to swim during the morning hours before 1 pm, then families are allowed in.

Fun in the Sun
We had a wonderful time, enjoyed spending time with friends and family. The home is open and bright with a large kitchen that opens to the family room, perfect for entertaining. The pool and putting green were a bonus. It was really great to walk and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood parks and walking trails. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within a few minutes of the home. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We hope we can come again in the future.

Return customer
This was the second time we were able to rent this house during the Christmas season. It is well stocked with everything you need and Scott is very helpful during the entire process. We love the location as it is in a very nice neighborhood with lots of walking trails and sidewalks. Easy walk to the grocery store. It is quiet and we felt very safe the entire stay. We really enjoyed the backyard. The putting green was fun and relaxing. We would not hesitate to use this property again.

Amazing Host, Comfortable House!
We had a fantastic time! This house is so comfortable and in a great location in Maricopa. The kitchen had everything we needed, furniture was comfortable, pool was refreshing and neighborhood was fantastic! We plan to be back soon!

Amazing
Stayed for holiday weekend/mother's birthday really enjoyed the pool, mini golf set up, nice neighborhood with stores close by. Owner was very on top of everything and great to work with appreciate him allowing us into his home

Very relaxing
Furniture is getting a little worn . One of the recliners did not function properly. Could use some new towels and washcloths. Carpet could use shampooing .Plus side, master bed is very comfortable. All the drains very slow to drain . We had a great time and owner was very pleasant to work with

I stayed at property but my kids & grandkids visited.
The owner was very nice. The property has everything you could need. They even have shampoo body wash laundry soap you can use the washer and dryer. The only thing I would say is to get a better cable network because there aren't very many channels on the one they have but they do have a smart TV so I was able to watch stuff on Amazon or YouTube or Netflix or Hulu so that was good cuz I am a TV watcher

Home away from home
Great location and well kept home. Was very clean and communication with owner was quick and easy. Kitchen/living room was a great open space to entertain family with cooking and chatting. To cold for our stay to enjoy the pool but putting green was well used and great addition. Our family dog also enjoyed the space! Hope to rent the house again in the near future!

A great place to be quarantined in Arizona
This was a fantastic property and the owner was wonderful and easy to work with. We had some problems with figuring how to operate the TV and sent an email to Scott. He got back to us immediately! We were amazed at the cleanliness, decorating and size of the home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans...everything you would use to make a meal. The pantry had basic seasonings, flour, sugar, etc. We enjoyed putting competitions on the putting green in the back yard and once it got warm enough, enjoyed the pool. There is a nice grill on the patio for cookouts. We originally booked for February and March only, but with the corona virus pandemic, Scott was very accommodating when we asked if we could extend our stay until the end of April. If we go back to Maricopa, we would be thrilled to stay here again. Thank you Scott for a wonderful experience.

Better than expected. Very clean and easy to get to. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well furnished and huge. Easily accommodated 20 family members for dinner. Master suite is very nice with an enormous bathroom. Everything was terrific!

Great place to stay.
We enjoyed our time here. We had a small glitch the first night when we arrived. Otherwise everything is super. A very well stocked home. Everything is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having the two bikes available to use. Excess to the community room was a plus as well. Friendly neighborhood and feel safe. We would come back again.

Nice home in good neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay. This is a clean and well equipped home. Nice kitchen design with easy access to backyard patio. The homeowner association facilities (gym, pools, tennis and basketball courts) are the best in Maricopa.

This property was fantastic
Our stay was 6 weeks & we loved every single day. The house is very nice & was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. The back yard/ patio is very nice. The pool is beautiful, but chilly. We loved the open floor plan in the kitchen/ family room. Scott, the owner was great & fun to work with. He was very responsive to a few questions we had. Great neighborhood.

Beyond all expectations!!
This was our first time renting a vacation home and we were a little nervous about the whole process. The house is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The owner was wonderful. He even messaged us to make sure we got in the house ok as we were late arriving after a flight delay. Five stars doesn't seem enough to evaluate our stay.

A welcoming home, with a particularly pleasant yard.
This was a two week holiday with family who live in the Villages and the house made a comfortable and convenient base for us, where we were made to feel at ease and given the change for quiet moments as well. Scott was readily available to answer any question, I am very glad to say, because we had them. The house was generously supplied with necessities, too.

Beautiful home, very comfortable, great location, close to the restaurant strip.
We had a great stay at Scott's home, the house felt just like home, it was a great jumping off point for a Golf holiday. It's located close to restaurants, grocery stores, what ever you need. Beautiful home, great back yard with nice sized pool and putting green. We will definitely be back. I would definitely recommend this property.

BEAUTIFUL VACATION HOME !
We just returned from a two-week stay in Maricopa. This beautiful house felt like home the minute we walked in -- everything we needed was right there. Just as shown in the VRBO listing, this house is very clean, nicely furnished, has all new appliances and lots of room. We spent many hours in the backyard enjoying the pool, putting green, lovely patio furniture, and had several BBQ suppers. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The owner was very quick at answering any inquiries we had, which we also appreciated. The Villages at El Dorado community itself is a fairly new area with beautiful neighbourhoods, miles of walking paths, and is full of friendly people. This home was close to great grocery stores, pharmacies, a medical clinic, and a Walmart. There is a casino, bowling alley and theatre complex on the south end of the city, about a 5-minute drive from the house. This was our first visit to Maricopa and it won't be our last. It is a nice city only 20 minutes away from the busy Phoenix area. While there we drove in to the city to attend several ballgames, a hockey game, outlet mall shopping and many great restaurants. At the end of the day it was so nice to return to this lovely home and the more relaxing pace of Maricopa. We would recommend this vacation property to anyone -- it was perfect!
