Weekend Stay
The location worked for what we needed. Ample space for all of us to gather. Although there are roosters nearby, we did not mind the early wake up call as we are use to the sound and wake up early ourselves anyway. We enjoyed the sunset while relaxing on the patio during our last evening there. There owner and husband came by while prepping for our departure- very kind folks. I would like to spend time here again if ever the opportunity presents itself.

Spacious rural property
Just what we were looking for in a rural property. Easy drive to Maricopa and Casa Grande. Spacious home with a great layout. Master bedroom with ensuite at one end, with two additional bedrooms and a second bath at the other. Both bathrooms have double sinks! High end appliances, including a gas stove. Well equipped kitchen with good knives. The house has veranda with seating on all sides for protection from sun and wind. There's an open gazebo for outdoor dinning with a BBQ and smoker. Friendly host provided timely responses while respecting our privacy. If you're a country person, than this VRBO is for you. For the shoppers, its an easy drive to Phoenix Premium Outlets via Maricopa Hwy and S Maricopa Rd (you don't have to use I10). Would stay here again.

Property as Advertised
The property was exceptionally neat and clean. It is as advertised "Horse Property." We do not have horses, but were looking something quiet and rural. The only things were heard were the neighbor dog barking when we arrived and a rooster crowed every morning. The house is a nicely remodeled older home. It is very comfortable, like visiting an old friend. The kitchen is very fully equipped with all new appliances. We enjoyed out stay very much and will stay there again if we are visiting in the area.

Maricopa Farmland
The home was well stocked with a lot that we did not have with us but needed. There were a couple small broken items but nothing major. The neighbors had a party one of the nights but they finally turned the music down after midnight. Overall me and my family enjoyed the stay there.

Property was just average, older and lots of repairs showing, but what I would consider average for the age of the house. However, since our visit was to spend time with local family we didn't spend a lot of time at the house.

Calm area

Maricopa horse farm
We love staying here. This is our second visit. When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned after previous visitor. Manager had it cleaned as soon as possible. There are multiple things in disrepair. The sofa has recliners that don’t sit all the way up. It’s electric and is not plugged in. USB ports then on sofa and on bed headboard are not serviceable. Other than that, it’s quiet, large and quite comfortable. Everything you can think of for kitchen supplies. We will be back!!

Just Right
This was a peaceful and lovely place to stay. The home was clean and well stocked with what we needed. We were able to check in easily and questions were answered as needed. Location is not right in town, but we were looking for that. It is a peaceful, country setting. We would stay here again.

Bear Holiday
We had a great time . House was clean , great for us as we are country people . Even though we were a bit far from Phoenix it didn’t matter - you get used to driving anyways as many attractions were around area in terms of agricultural activity . I would definitely stay here again .

Careful!!
We had a few problems with access to the property upon check-in. We had messaged the host that we were on the way but despite that, the security doors were locked and we had to wait 2 hours for the owner to get there with the keys. Check-in time was 3 pm and we didn't get into the house until 5:30 pm. Once inside, the floors were dirty, countertops were sticky. There were leftover items in the fridge, which the owner quickly removed when she let us in. The beds appeared to be clean, however there was a clump of hair in one of the shower drains and the shower door did not open and shut properly. The host (different person than the owner) tried to be helpful but he was limited on what he could do so that was frustrating. No one ever asked if we had any other problems, which would have been a nice thing to do for the 5 days we rented. Once all the kinks were worked out, it was a pleasant place to stay. We left it cleaner than what we walked into.

Nice cozy home
We really enjoyed this home best part was fire pit out back. Our family really enjoyed and will stay again! It’s very quiet and secluded by yourself neighbors are really far! Lewis was very responsive when needed something and was very friendly! If your in the area look no further stay here! We had so much fun!

Family vacation
We came into town for a family wedding and were pleasantly surprised to find this home in the same neighborhood as my sister house. It was perfect for me and my family it had enough room and it was fun to visit the sheep and chickens next door. We would definitely stay here again.

This guy is a creep and has no integrity
I planned to have a romantic weekend with my wife but that was ruined by this guy. He has cameras thru out the house which is not listed on the add. My wife and I left immediately and requested a refund. We never stayed at the property this perv decided he would just keep our money. I will continue to contact this company until I am paid in full. I was charged over 600 and I never stayed because this guy is a perverted unethical piece of work.

Lots of room and peace and quiet
Wonderful property. Out in the country, not too far though from eating and shopping. Neighbors have a small farm with animals that are fun. Lots of room for up to six and would not be too crowded. Wonderful outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the quiet of the desert. Very good property highly recommend it.

Comfy and roomy for an older home
The home has a split bedroom plan which works really well for families who want a bit more privacy/quiet. Can be working in kitchen and see/visit with people in dining room and family room. The kitchen has nice appliances with a gas stove, but be careful with the fridge as our food froze due to the temperature settings in the door by the water ice dispenser; I think someone was just pushing buttons to get the water or ice to work and set the fridge at the coldest, it worked fine once we figured out what happened. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets were nice. Bathrooms are old but totally functional and roomy with large vanities so it made it easier to share. Master bathroom has a nice sunken tub that our granddaughter enjoyed. Towels could be updated. The home was clean in open areas. The property was a bit 'out' there, you forget how far it feels when you are driving in the country. A really nice addition is the covered pergola that was not pictured when we booked. Because it is so dark in the country, a set of lights would be beneficial on the pergola. There are chickens, a pony, sheep, turkeys right next door that were pretty cool, but, unfortunately roosters as well who liked to crow starting at 4am. The master bedroom is on that side of the house so we easily heard but the other bedrooms said they did not hear anything. Overall we loved how roomy the house was. (5 adults and 1 child)

GREAT PROPERTY
ONLY 45 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport 3.3 acres, large freshly remodeled home, very clean, lots of space, nicely furnished, 3 flat screen TV’s, fully stocked kitchen, gas stove w/5 burners. Beautiful Pagoda covered patio with new propane BBQ grill/smoker. Pantry was well stocked with paper products, soaps. Large bathrooms with ample linens. Everything you need to entertain at home away from home. 8 miles from downtown Maricopa which has everything you need from fast food, grocery stores, pharmacies etc. About 1 mile from a nice local bar/grill that is uniquely decorated and has an eclectic menu. On the weekends you are walking distance from an outdoor market, selling fresh fruits, vegetables, Mexican spices and delicious homemade TAMALES (Saturday only). This is a quiet rural setting with several roping arenas nearby. We had a great 5 week stay in Arizona using this home as a base camp as we explored all the sights and attractions. Highly recommend this property. Lewis was quick to respond to any requests or questions.

Great house!!
The house was great. The kitchen has fantastic funishings, kettles, dishes, seasonings, etc. The house has a wonderful layout, two bedrooms and bath on one side, master bedroom suite on the other. The living room and dining room are spacious. TVs in both bedrooms were well appreciated. Great communication, we called Lewis a few times and he was always helpful. It's a little outside of Maricopa but definitely not too far away. We had a fun-filled 5+ weeks. THANK YOU!!
