  • Enjoy your desert getaway in Sunny Maricopa AZ. in this gorgeous 3 Bdrm, 2 bath + office single story home. Located in the Rancho El Dorado community on a corner lot near the Duke golf course.

    Every room is redecorated with all new carpet, paint, and brand new furniture in each room. The large open floor plan includes an inviting kitchen, seating up to 10 people. Perfect for spending time with family and friends. The connecting family room includes a comfortable and cozy sectional and 58" TV with Roku and plenty of other streaming apps.

    There is a formal living room with two cozy chairs perfect for reading or just relaxing. This room is open to a dining room with a large round table for extra seating, cards or games with your family.

    The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, walk in closet and 43" TV also with roku. The master bathroom includes a large vanity with two sinks, soaking tub and large separate shower. Also included a separate door to the back patio and pool.

    The Second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has two beds. Each room has bedside table and overhead fans. The main bath has sink, toilet and tub/shower combination.

    A private office/ 4th bedroom is right off of the living room and the house is equipped with WiFI. The cozy couch pulls out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. The doors close off this room for privacy as well.


    The backyard patio has table and chairs that provide the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour, with a new propane grill for backyard dinners.

    The smaller town of Maricopa is located away from the big city but includes several golf courses. Southern Dunes and the Duke golf course are just a quick ride away. The Harrahs Casino, UltraStar Multi Entertainment Center at AK-Chin includes bowling alley, movie theatre and steak house as well as the casino. Nearby Chandler is only 16 miles away offering a variety of shopping and restaurants.

All the conveniences of cooking utensils and dishes... this may be our first stay where we didn't have to purchase something extra for cooking! Mike was exceptional in communicating with us, which is always appreciated. The home was spacious and clean, which provided a comfortable stay for us all.

A perfect home-away-from home. The house is welcoming and clean, and set up perfectly for a family. The owners were very responsive and I’ll definitely stay here again (which I rarely say!)

2nd Visit Even Better Than the First!

My husband and I loved this place so much we had to go back! Great location, beautiful pool, close to golf course, clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen well stocked. Mike, the owner, quick to respond to any inquiries. I am certain we will stay here again on our next visit to Maricopa AZ.

Great Arizona stay near golf course

The house and area were wonderful and great for a small family! We enjoyed the pool and the close shopping centers. House itself was clean and welcoming, there was no shortage of towels, or any kitchenware.

This is my 3rd time staying at this wonderful home. The house is always clean and well stocked for your needs. The host Mike is the best. He always responds quickly to questions and concerns. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. I won’t stay anywhere else when I visit Maricopa. It is a home away from home

Relaxing and inviting!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Nice quiet neighborhood, good location close to amenities. A couple of cleanliness issues, nothing we couldn't resolve, just a few misses by the cleaning crew. The owner was great with quick responses to our needs. Overall a wonderful stay. I would book this place again!

Spacious and great location

We had a 5 day stay, the house was spacious, comfortable and a great location for all of our activities. The pool is fantastic. The owner was very easy to work with and responded to messages very quickly. We hope to stay here again on a future trip to Maricopa.

Maricopa Getaway

This was our second stay in this house. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The hosts are fantastic and reply quickly to questions. We love the pool and the neighborhood is quiet and well kept. It is home away from home for us as we visit family yearly. We will definitely use this property again.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood was clean, safe and walkable. The kitchen was stocked with spices, oils, etc which made cooking exceptionally easy.

Perfect for what we needed

Such an amazing home. Wanted to have a pool since we had my nephew with us and this house was PERFECT. Office came in handy as I needed to work a little while we were there. Hoping that this home will be available again next year when we come back out to the Casa Grande area again in 2024!
