Perfect Getaway

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. The home was very clean & well-stocked with basic necessities. Jody’s communication was excellent & everything went quite smoothly. Our favorite part was relaxing in the peaceful back yard, whether it was sipping our morning coffee, floating in the pool, or simply admiring the stunning sunsets. We were even treated to the occasional hummingbird buzzing by & a cute little lizard scaling the wall. Absolutely recommend this gem of a vacation home!

This is our 4th stay at this rental. The area is very quiet, enjoyed the pool, kitchen equipped with everything you needed. We had a great vacation. Any question I had Jody got back to me instantly. Thanks Jody and Brian.

The perfect stay

We feel so fortunate to have found Jody and Brian's home. From the minute you walk in the door, you are welcomed with all the comforts of home. There isn't anything they haven't thought of, from commonly used spices, to night lights that light the way throughout the home. It is exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds, a fabulous grill, patio and pool, even an extra fridge in the garage. And the amenities -- from closets filled with soft towels to soap, tissues, laundry detergent, a pair of slides by the door, even bubble wrap and boxes to ship items! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it's an easy walk to a multi-generational fitness complex and walking trail. And it's a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Jody was also incredibly responsive to questions prior to, and after, booking, Wonderful hosts!We look forward to booking this property when we return to Maricopa.

Incredible Relaxing Accomodations!

What a treat to stay at this location! Just a great week relaxing and enjoying the company of friends at this beautiful house with a wonderful salt water pool to beat the heat in the evening. Will definitely be back!

Your place was spotless, everything was as you said. Thanks for the comfort of your home. The reason I gave location a 4 is more on us. We were looking to play golf and to get to any courses north of your place was a real challenge with traffic. But the price made up for the inconvenience. If we come down again we will be looking to stay with you again.

We have stayed in several VRBO places in the past this is by far one of the best. Communication was top notch, kept us informed and answered any questions quickly. I highly recommend this place VERY clean, pool was awesome, kitchen had everything you would need.

Fantastic getaway!

Very clean and they thought of everything. Location is nice..not too far from the city and a not bad drive to Saguaro and other places for hiking. Tons of space in the house and the pool was fantastic.

The best place we’ve ever stayed!

Jody let us check in early. This home is even better than the pictures show. Everything was spotless, well stocked, comfortable. The heated pool is amazing. We were able to use it almost every day. The deck around is full of comfy furniture, there are all kinds of floats to use. The patio has a large table and chairs, an awesome grill, a heater to keep warm. We used the master bedroom, the bed is so comfortable. Both of the bathrooms are amazing. Even the garage is spotless! We were there for 2 weeks, and wish we could have stayed longer. You will love this place, believe me!! February 3-17, 2024

Fabulous place

We stayed for eight nights and wish we could have stayed longer! If you are considering the Maricopa area, this home has it all. The pool, the grill, everything you need in the kitchen….I could go on and on. The location is wonderful, too. Fabulous place!

The pictures don't do this house justice. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this lovely home! All the amenities of a well-appointed, nicely decorated home. It was almost as if the owners had emptied the closets of their clothes, and left everything else. Nightlights, floor mats, tissues, pantry supplies, coolers, spices, condiments, hair dryers, scale, iron & ironing board, office supplies, games, books, to name just a few of all the little details that, added together, made the stay so comfortable, so easy. Kudos to the cleaning crew! The house was immaculate everywhere. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The saltwater pool was fantastic! One of us has fairly extreme chlorine sensitivities, and had not the least bit of reaction to the pool. We are very happy to give a five-star review. If we could, we would give a hundred stars!

Second time staying at Jody's home

And it was the best. Stay was longer, used more of the household items, and could not be more excited to stay there a third time. Location is perfect, home has everything you would need for a short or extended stay. The pool is fabulous. It felt like home!

Lovely Home

We really enjoyed our vacation in Brian & Jody’s lovely home. Their home was spotlessly clean, excellent linens & the Master bed was the most comfortable bed that we’ve had in any previous rental homes. The kitchen was well supplied with good quality pot & pans, cutlery & dishes. A good variety of spices that we used occasionally. The salt water swimming pool was great & lots of pool items to enjoy as well. The patio furniture was very comfortable & we sat outside whenever the weather permitted . The pool has a nice H2O feature that we used almost daily. Our overall experience in B & J’s was the best we’ve had in Az since retiring 6 years ago. We will certainly return to the home if we are in the Maricopa area again in future.

Best rental on Vrbo

My family has stayed at this rental before and this review is for our second stay. This property is simply the best short term rental I have ever stayed at. It's spotlessly clean, inside and out. It's nicely appointed with furnishings that are in excellent shape. The house is spacious enough to easily accommodate four adults. The heated pool and outdoor gas grill make relaxing in the backyard fun at any time of the year. Jody stocks the home with everything one could need including utensils, paper goods, and toiletries. Jody herself is a fantastic host who is easy to work with. This house is a fantastic rental and I highly recommend it.

Family Gathering

Jody and Brian are phenomenal owners. They take pride in their property and it shows; it was clean and of the highest standard. They thought of everything! Each time I lamented that I had forgotten something, I opened a closet or drawer and it was there.

Third Times A Charm...

....as were the first two. This was our 3rd stay at Jody and Brian's rental in Maricopa. It could have been more only their rental books up quickly so couldn't get the weeks that we wanted. Rental was clean (as always) and we enjoyed all the amenities that came with it. Liked the new addition of the fridge in the garage to keep our beverages cold. Jody was always just a text message away with any questions we had.

Wonderful experience
