Your safety is our #1 concern. Within the last 3 years, we have replaced all of the hard wired smoke detectors. There is one in each room. We also have two hard wired carbon monoxide detectors installed. We are the owners and do not sub out to property management.

If you use "Instant Booking," this quote does not include pool heat or extra fee for charging an electric vehicle onsite.. Please send an inquiry and ask for a quote with pool heat included if pool heat is needed during your stay and/or electric vehicle charging fee. Monthly rental rate is lower than the day rate listed online. We do not allow events at the house. If you want to invite family/friends and/or teammates over, please talk with me first.

We recently installed a professional outdoor grill and side burner ( Bull) into the outdoor kitchen. They are professional quality, with a direct connection to the gas line. Temperatures hold steady with this pro grill ...unlike typical outdoor BBQs.
We also upgraded the water filtration system by Aquasana (read below).

The pool was installed 10 years ago, saltwater, heated and twice the size of most pools in Maricopa. If you want to bring in your own music we have a Harmon Kardon portable wireless speaker .
Everything (remotes, receiver etc etc) are WELL marked so you won't have to figure it out on your own...we tell you exactly what to do to get outdoor music...and everything else. We know what it's like going into a new environment and having to adapt, so we have labeled instructions to anything that might be confusing. If you want the pool heated, look under "notes," or ask me for a quote with pool heat. We heat to 87degrees!

All rooms have been furnished with new furniture.

We have added some wonderful upgrades to this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath Maricopa, AZ home. The home itself is approx. 1800 square feet. A new (and larger than most pools in Maricopa) saltwater backyard pool was recently completed and it features a relaxing and functional baja area. The pool is large enough for a number of people to enjoy/use floaties at the same time. The surface is a pebble tech, so your feet and body will be comfortable in the pool and baja areas. The pool gets sun all day! A lovely outdoor kitchen was also installed; outdoor time can be maximized!! The home is located in an area of rambler style only homes, so there are no second story homes looking into the backyard.

Water in Arizona tends to be quite 'hard', due to mineral content. We installed an entire house filtration system by Aquasana so your skin, clothes etc can feel and look great! The entire water system in the house is filtered for such things as potential lead, ecoli, chlorine...the water in our home is safe. The system is certified by NFC International, the gold standard of water filtration.

The house itself features a kitchen / family room area with streaming TV and a 55 inch Samsung Crystal UHD television. If you are preparing meals in the kitchen, you have quality sound at your disposal. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with a quality new mattress (Aireloom Plush Hybrid), a private bathroom and a new LG 45 " television. Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed (Serta Perfect Sleeper with Pillow Top) and bedroom #3 has two single beds.

Computer work station with desktop computer, secure WiFi with an all-in-one laser printer, copier and scanner. Perfect for the business traveler.

Dining for 6 is included inside and 6 outside. New and lovely outdoor seating area.

Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, linens, towels, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, blender, garage parking and too many other conveniences to list! We also pride ourselves in cleanliness!

The house is equipped with a computer and internet/wifi. The computer is located in the den and has a great sound system...loaded with a ton of great music (Klipsch speakers) Most homes in Maricopa have a den without a door. We have installed a door, so the den is private. Expanded cable T.V. is also provided. We have a Nintendo Wii compete with balance board (for more indoor exercise options) You can connect to one of two TVs in the house.

We exterior cameras located for the driveway, side gate/fence line. The pool equipment area has a camera (please do not try to adjust the pool settings). We also have a Ring Doorbell Camera.

Whether you are long stay, short stay, with kids, or adults only this house has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Want a little more? Take a four minute walk up to Copper Skye Multi-generational 100 acre complex and go fishing in the 5 acre lake. Use the: water park, rock wall, skate park, multiple family picnic big toy areas, basketball (indoor and outdoor), full indoor fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming, and multi-purpose fields. Spend an evening at Harrahs Casino or the new Multi-tainment center ..just a few minute drive from the house. We love this house, love this special location and know that you will love it too!
