"This apt. gave us a quiet place to retreat and recharge after a day of grandchildren and gradulations. We didnt have time for the pool or hot tub but they were very inviting. My only problem was to find the apt number late at night. The complec map fixed that. A light closer to the corner of the building would have helped too. That's on the complex not the host. We are putting this one on our "rent again" list"

"Really enjoyed the neighborhood. Didn’t use the pool but everything laid out very nice. Had a very well stocked kitchen. Beds were cozy. I recommend checking in when it light outside a little difficult to see the unit number. Great stay."

"The condo was clean and comfortable. Spacious enough for us and having a grandchild stay a couple of times. The pool was saltwater and very nice. Kitchen had lots of pans and utensils for cooking. Extras like shampoo, body wash, cleaners, paper products were well stocked. Safe neighborhood with lots of available streets to walk and run. Very good communication with the owners."

"This is a unique lofted duplex in the middle of the Sonoran desert. We loved the solitude and beautiful sunsets from the deck. Tons of hiking opportunities right from the property. We found the apartment dated, but comfortable for 4 adults. We did have some minor complaints (multiple power outages, lack of basic cleaning supplies, no grill on-site as advertised, trash under deck) but none of which would prevent us from staying here again. If you’re looking for a perfect rental property...

"All contact with checking in excellent. I will speak about the house whole. Seriously. Patio chairs absolutely need to be replaced. Living room the couch needs to be cleaned. The rug under the coffee table is filthy. We demanded new bathroom rugs. The sheets did not fit. One set had organic stains. We requested new frying pans. We like this condo complex. Unit 323 is in absolutely need of updating"

"The apartment was clean and well thought out. Lots of room especially in the master bedroom. I loved the stove hood because it was correct - vented OUTSIDE. Newer appointments in all of the rooms including the kitchen and bathrooms. Tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable and including the pull out in the living room probably more comfortable for 6 people max. Good location if you're going to be in Chandler & Gilbert. Quiet neighboorhood. Security with the electronic doorlatch was great....

"Stayed for a month in this spacious one bedroom condo, can't say enough about the amazing amenities and cleanliness of the facilities. Best gym we have ever seen in a rental, pool was spotless and not busy and the restaurants across the road were all amazing. Highly recommend."

"The condo was perfect for our purposes. The location was ideal as we had friends that lived very close. Although the pool was a little cool the first week of April, it warmed up enough by the second week. The hot tub wasn't working during our visit - the "pool guy" said that it needed a new heater and he was waiting on condo management to give him the ok to replace it."

"We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Pool area lovely. Location was great! We did close and unplug the air fresheners as I am allergic to the scent. But, after a few minutes of opening the patio door, all was great. We would stay here again! Thanks!"
