"My family of 4 have only positive things to say about this place. It has the coziness and charm of Paris and it has a great location close to Eiffel tower and excellent restaurants. The service was outstanding and the owner and his sons were extremely attentive demonstrating a willingness to provide the customer with the best possible. My boys loved the breakfast! Merci! Liz"

"Jean-Brice was a perfect host. His breakfast was made by himself and so delicious. He is a nice man. We had a room for two people with a shower and sink. The bathroom was across our room, but that wasn't bad at all. The district is great, close to the Eiffel Tower."

"Great location. We were able to walk from the train station to the apartment. It is in the 6th floor and a little narrow stairs for carrying up a full sized suitcase. No AC but the window open was pretty good to cool the place at night. We had 3 bath towels but no hand towels. Great communication with the host. Instructions to get in and lock up were very clear. We would return. "
