"The owner confirmed question before we arrived and was there to show us the room, letting us know breakfast time and aquantus us with the keys. The room was clean and warm with a separate toilet and shower that worked well. The breakfast was great with a choice of cereal, lots of high quality full english breakfast items and toast with jams. "Property was spacious, clean with fantastic sea views. The property is in a peaceful location whilst having the advantage of being walking distance to Margate. We stayed for one night for a concert in Margate so we didn’t really use the kitchen but it was fully equipped and would be great for longer stays and holidays. We hope we can return again one day soon. "

"We had a very pleasant peaceful stay, location is very good, bungalow clean, garden well look after and a good size. The host left more you can ask for in extras. Ignore bad you reviews you might find, we definitely will return. Only issue was that it was difficult to find out how to get in but a friendly neighbour helped us"
