The hill-side property features complete privacy and quiet, surrounded by woods, with 9 acres of to explore. There is a beautiful spring-ped pond with a swimming dock. Our favorite features are the home's south-facing deck to enjoy morning coffee or sunsets, a massive wood-fired stone fireplace, and a hot tub that is cleaned and serviced for each stay.

Located in Margaretville with restaurants, cafes, and all the essentials just 4 minutes down the road, the location is also ideal for access to Catskill outdoor adventures. We are just 20 minutes from skiing (Belleayre and Plattekill) and many hiking trails, fishing, and paddle sports. We are under 3 hours from NYC, perfect for a weekend getaway.

With two queen bedrooms, two twin beds, and two full bathrooms, and a fuly finished basement with a pool table and TV room, there is plenty of room to spread out. It’s a cozy space that stays warm and inviting, with a large stone fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day out hiking or skiing, or just taking it easy inside.
