The generous lounge, dining and kitchen space is beautifully designed for connection and comfort, centred around a large wood fireplace. Oversized windows frame the tree-filled backyard and provide a tranquil green outlook from every angle. There’s a separate theatre room perfect for movie nights, and a fully equipped home office for those who need to balance work with downtime. The kitchen is filled with light, complete with modern appliances and a breakfast bar for easy morning meals.



Step outside to a vast backyard with a shaded alfresco lounge, BBQ area, and firepit, where you can sip local wine while looking out over the greens. Whether you're dining under the gum trees, gathering around the firepit at sunset, watching kangaroos roam, or enjoying a game of basketball or ping pong, this home brings nature right to your doorstep.



With five large bedrooms, there’s room for everyone. The primary suite is a peaceful haven with a plush king bed, spa bath ensuite, and large glass doors that open to the backyard with direct golf course views. Two additional queen rooms offer stylish comfort, and two more bedrooms feature double king single beds.



A full laundry, double garage, and ducted heating and cooling throughout add to the comfort, ensuring your stay is effortless and deeply relaxing.



Please note that the golf course is not accessible from the property.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Nestled on a quiet road just outside town, Turf and Surf offers easy access to Margaret River’s best experiences. Spend your morning at Gnarabup Beach, perfect for swimming and sunrise walks, then explore Boranup Forest for towering karri trees and peaceful hiking trails. Grab woodfired bread from the famous Margaret River Bakery or enjoy lunch with a view at White Elephant Café. Golf lovers can walk straight onto the course, while wine enthusiasts are minutes from Cape Mentelle and Xanadu estates.



Getting Around:

Parking: There is ample parking space on the driveway.



Airport: 15 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
