My main concern was that it wasn't acceptable for a higher priced accommodation to not have hot water for 24 hours.We tried calling, but got no response. We found some instructions online as to how to deal with the lack of hot water (switch over the gas bottle)... but only found out that we had switched over our neighbours (yes, this is dual occupancy residence... which I was also not aware of). Fortunately, our neighbours knew the process and pointed us in the right direction to find the gas bottles that serviced our side of the property, conveniently located in their backyard.The whole experience impacted what was otherwise a wonderful stay...

Really enjoyed our stay here. Really nice property, lots of room, great spot across from the river. I always really like when you stay somewhere and the owners clearly have not cut corners. They are not cheap and leave you plenty of kitchen things to cook, nicely furnished, beautfiul beds and just overall very nicely done. Thank you!

Abundance was the perfect place for our family gathering with 3 generations in the one place to celebrate an 80th birthday. The house was gorgeous with every amenity you could possibly want for a stay in Margaret River (the kitchen was to die for) There was plenty of space for everyone and lots of bathrooms so no queue each morning for the shower! Location is amazing, right on the river, surrounded by beautiful bushland and great walking tracks. We'll definitely be back.

Amazing property in a great location. 4 large bedrooms, 3 toilets and 3 showers made staying with a group of friends very easy. The house had everything you could want and to hear the fast flowing water of the rapids in the river was incredible. Super friendly birds visited every day and the walk trails around the property were beautiful. So close to the town but you’d never know. Just perfect.

We had an absolute ball at this property. we loved how close.we were to town but also loved thst it felt like were in the forrest. It was a lovely 20 minute walk to town. House was very modern and beds super comfy. Would love to stay again

Abundance was the most perfect location for our Christmas break. Everything we needed and being right on the waters edge meant ease of access to the water. Was a brilliant house. Big veranda. Wonderful holiday.

We enjoyed our stay in Margaret River. The house was well equipped and in a lovely quiet spot except for the kids swimming in the river! Just joking lovely to hear them having a great time. We found we could really relax here and we could easily head out each day for a new adventure as everything is within a half an hour away . Thanks Barb

Had a wonderful time staying down at the property for two nights. The house is large and stunning and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils condiments and plates. Pateo was great for socialising and so was the dining room and lounge. Would recommend to friends to stay here definitely.
