"My family has stayed at this location in 2019 and very much enjoyed it. It is located near a few beaches and near our local family which was a big plus again this trip. We were able to visit family and catch up and then not overwhelm them with the 5 of us. It was a great place to enjoy the area. Lots of visits to the local beaches. "To start off with was not given the correct address of the property. Could use Villa # in front. Wi-Fi password was not correct. No ice. No screens on windows. No handrail on a dangerous staircase. "We stayed just for one night but would have loved to have stayed longer to fully experience this incredible property! It was such a beautiful location with art pieces everywhere you looked. The host was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The hot tub was a definite treat after a cool day hiking and the stars at night… wow! "Visiting from BC to surprise my sister for Christmas. Trip was her Christmas gift and my wife has never been to CB. Facilities were clean and comfortable, however, going up the stairs to the room was difficult for my sister due to her bad knees, bed was a little small for my wife and I but was comfortable. The room was quiet and warm. Would stay here again."

"If you like solitude and nature, Big Intervale will give you that! The property is beautiful and off the beaten path. There are no services nearby so if you’re visiting off season, be sure to gas up and bring your toothbrush and snacks. It’s a good 20-30 minutes on a dirt road to get in or out of the cabins. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. "
