"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "Good size house for all 23 of us, we made good use of all the rooms. Some maintenance needed in the games room, and some of the tv’s didn’t work and light bulbs missing but these were minor issues. Overall for the size of the property everything worked well and communication with the property manager was excellent.
