Host would not answer messages, calls or text from me or from Vrbo so my family and I were stranded with no place to stay. Spent an hour and 45 minutes on phone with Vrbo customer service. Was told a supervisor would call me back so that I wouldn’t have to wait on hold longer. They never called. I called Vrbo back and spent another hour and a half on the phone with them before they would refund.

Stay in Marfa

Property was as described. The cabin was clean and cozy. Loved that a Keurig and coffee were provided. Our unit had 3 beds; 1 in each loft on either side as well as in the main area. While i don't drink, there was a bar on the common grounds that was available to guests. There was also a free pool table and air hockey table on the property that my children enjoyed.The host was prompt with communication and greeted us at check-in with fresh towels.

Very clean accommodations. Only reason I give a 4 for location is that some people might prefer to be right in middle of town. Carla very responsive to any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect Retreat

Enjoyed our stay early in the week (Tuesday -Thursday) and it was perfect space for me and two teenagers. It was great to come back to the tiny house to unwind after a long day of exploring West Texas. And Carla was responsive to any questions and even came to help us out when we had put the code in backwards to open the door and we started having issues to get it to unlock. She quickly replied to us and was there in a jiffy to help us with the door one evening.

Nice Place with a Very Nice Owner

This tiny home was perfect.We initially rented 3 but the owner switched us to 1 to allow us to come a day earlier.It had two lofts which allowed enough space for everyone.The beds were comfy. There were enough blankets to stay warm at night. The kitchenette and fridge combo worked well. The shower was a decent size and had hot water.Carla was very responsive and sweet. The one caveat is there a lot of stickers that you can't really see but you dog will find with their paws.

Cute place, appropriately priced

Our Vrbo was not ready upon arrival, which was not ideal since we had driven 7 hours. Once our host got it cleaned, and ready, food was left in the fridge, which made it stink. It’s a cute little house, decor was cute, but the rest of the property was in disarray. No tv, no wireless. There was a pool table and an air hockey table, so the kids enjoyed those.

Marfa Lights Festival

My family stayed at Vaquero Vibes for the Marfa Lights Festival, and we absolutely loved our stay! Our host, Carla, was super friendly and very accommodating! The bar area is amazing! The room/casita was cozy and perfect for my family of four! We will gladly stay here again, any time we’re back in Marfa!

Great stay!

Carla met me for check in even though I got in very late. She is very kind and wants to make sure you have a great stay. The tiny home was in great shape and very comfortable. Kuerig coffee pods are supplied as well as some tea varieties. There is also a bar on site if you’d like to have a drink with some locals.

The room was very well appointed and set up. Very clean. If you’re staying during a weekend be prepared to join a little party and dance. Overall great place to stay. Wish it was available for my second night in west Texas.
