"Absolutely horrible. One of the worst places I've ever stayed at. From the lack of promised amenities (Wi-Fi, laundry, full kitchen) Called 4 different numbers to try to get ahold of the host, to no avail. Had to contact VRBO support for them to finally call from a DIFFERENT number listed (after trying the 4 that were)We had to wait for the the hosts, for over an hour after our check in time in 100 degree weather. "Vielen Dank für die tolle Wohnung als zentraler Ausgangspunkt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen. Auch die Nähe zu den wilden Thermalquellen von Saturnia, es war einfach traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!"

"Owners were extremely friendly and helpful! The apartment was AMAZING!! The view was everything we expected and more! Huge windows overlooking the heart of the plazza. Falling asleep to the sounds of laughter and people enjoying themselves and waking up to the silence of of a beautiful Italian small town. We couldn't have asked for anything better!! "
