Wonderful host and amazing property, we truly enjoyed our week in Marco Island. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Our family loved the back yard entertainment area, the pool and spa. Fishing off the dock. We rented a boat for a couple days and enjoyed going to Keeywaydin Island and Tin City Naples. Spent time at the South Beach which is only a 5 min drive, beach was perfect and tons of shells. Such a great trip and so many memories made :)

Very nice property! The host is responsive to questions with helpful answers. Beautiful sunsets! Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and our grandson and daughter caught a few fish from the boat dock on the property. Everything needed for the beach was provided. Our son used one of the bicycles to ride to a workout gym on the island.You will need to drive to the beach. The public parking near the beach filled up early on the weekend, but spaces were available during the week days.We enjoyed our time on a very beautiful island. God blessed us with an enjoyable stay!

Terrific home on Marco Island

Terrific home on Marco Island. Great location. The home was in very neat, clean, and comfortable. The setting was terrific with a nice patio view overlooking the pool and the canal. Our host was very nice and attentive. Thanks!

Wonderful House on Marco Island!

This property was AMAZING! It had everything we could ask for, in the kitchen, outdoors, extra beach equipment including chairs, towels, and 4 bikes! We had a great week with extended family, cooking, swimming, fishing and beaching. Oh, did I mention pickleball courts just a short walk away?! What a great trip! We would surely rent this again if we return to Marco Island.

Beautiful and relaxing

This was my sister in laws cancer free celebration week. We had another house cancel on us and Kristen the owner of this house helped make our week perfect by renting to us at the last minute. We had 2 couples in the house and had plenty of privacy. The owner has thought of absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable and special. The outdoor area was my favorite. We grilled out, swam, got in the hot tub, and used the loungers and fire pit. We rented a boat for 4 days and the dock worked perfectly. Kristen the owner is excellent and is quick to answer any question you have and make sure you are happy and comfortable. The beds are comfy, but the couch is not very comfy for relaxing, there are 2 nice recliners though. The decor is perfect and we would rent here again. The area is quiet and relaxing but yet close to everything. Loved it!!

Perfect for the family and those with a disabilities

We came for a family trip and the property had everything we could ask for! Space for everyone to have their own space without being on top of another. We had a member of our family who has mobility challenges and having everything on one floor and the pool and hot tub were easily accessible. The few stairs from the garage or front door weren’t an issue for us. The home is well kept with a lot of small touches and details that are great finishing touches. The garage has plenty of beach supplies and recreation items which we loved on our beach days. We had excellent communication with the host which came in handy when the edge of Hurricane Helene paid us a visit. She went above to make sure we felt safe and had supplies in case we lost power which we didn’t end up needing. We would love to stay again if we return to Marco Island!

Amazing home!

This home was absolutely beautiful! Very clean indoors and outdoors. The pool area was our absolute favorite! The lighting at night and hot tub was all we needed! The kids also loved the outdoor tv and fire pit poolside as well as fishing right off the private dock. The house also came fully equipped with everything we needed to keep 3 kids entertained ages 2, 9 and 11. Everything we could think of to borrow for the beach was all ready for us, organized and clean! Would highly recommend this rental property for an amazing Marco Island vacation!

Paradise Property

Amazing stay at this property. Had everything needed and more! Beautiful outside patio area in a very peaceful neighborhood that was easy to get to. Communication with the owner was great as we had some hot tub issues in the beginning and she had a company out to look at it right away and had the part needed overnighted. The malfunction wasn’t known about before our arrival and was due to a frog being found on the control panel - something which was out of owner control. She did everything she could in the most timely way to get the hot tub functioning so we were still able to enjoy it in the evenings! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely waterfront property!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It is a darling updated property with everything you need. The pool and spa were a BIG hit. The dock was perfect for our grandsons and Pop to cast a line. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed riding bikes and feeling very safe. It was just a short drive to the beach or restaurants. If we ever need to rent in Marco again, we will book this house.

Home away from home!

Beautiful property that has everything a family could need while on vacation! The outdoor area alone could have entertained us all week, but we also enjoyed how centrally located it was to beaches, shopping, and dining. Every restaurant we ate at was delicious, and a visit to Sweet Annie’s ice cream shop was almost a daily occurrence for us. Kristen is an excellent host, and we would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful Home!.

We stayed a week at this beautiful home on a wide canal. Everything in the home is top notch and the owner is extremely responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living area especially the pool and spa. Daily fishing from the dock (although the fishes were scarce). Very centrally located within minutes of shopping and short drive to beach. It is our annual vacation to Marco Island and we were not disappointed.

Clean and Beautiful Home

My family and I had a wonderful time at this home! The host was very responsive and we could not have been happier with the cleanliness. We enjoyed utilizing the bikes each morning to visit the beach (only about a 15 minute bike ride) and the location was great. The only thing I would note is that the pool level was low for the majority of our stay so we had to clean the pool more often since the level by the end of our trip was below the surface skimmer. Overall we had a great time and would be happy to recommend or stay again!

Wonderful stay at a wonderful property

Had my family of 6 -- all adults -- spend a great week in this terrific home. From dealing with the homeowner to all the amenities and conveniences of the property, everything was top notch. I have rented many homes and I found this one to be as good as any. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful!

This home is absolutely wonderful! It was so clean and very well maintained. It has everything you would need - an amazing outdoor space (where we spent all our time), beach gear / equipment, paddle board for the canal, bikes and anything and everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. And let's not forget that amazing backyard view! The owner, Kristen, is very responsive if you need to reach out for any reason and she also keeps you informed if anyone would be stopping by the house, like for pool maintenance, for example. On our next trip to Marco, I will not need to research for a place to stay as I will be booking this home!

Gorgeous House

This house is amazing. Beautifully decorated, high end appliances, comfortable furure and the outdoor area is everything!! Very quiet neighborhood and close to great restaurants, shopping and the beach. We didn't want to leave!! Owner was very responsive and sent me a huge list of recommendations and things to do. Highly recommended property!!

AMAZING in every way

4 adults, 4 children (ages 6-12) and not one person found a shortfall with this property. Although the house isn't mansion-esque, the floor plan is wonderful and gave all 8 of us room to be comfortable. The outdoor space was MUCH enjoyed between swimming, cooking, playing cards, watching TV. You actually never had to go inside unless you wanted to. The home was very clean and well maintained in every way. We really appreciated that there were things readily available that we didn't even know we needed - beach umbrellas, sand toys, insulated cups, etc. All the incidentals were not an after thought. Communication was wonderful before and throughout our stay. Super simple check-in and check-out process. Gorgeous home, fantastic views, convenient location. 10/10 EXCELLENT place to stay. We hope to stay again! Thank you!

Perfectly relaxing Marco Island vacation

Paradise on Marco Island

I cannot begin to say enough positive things about this rental and owner. This home was more than you could ever imagine or expect. Every single detail is thought of, from a multitude of beach supplies, to comfortable beds and high-grade linens. The views and dock make you feel like you’re truly in paradise. Our families booked both rentals from this owner, which allowed us to have our own space but be just across the street from each other. My mom has limited mobility; this owner insured she’d have a shower chair to assist, which was waiting upon our arrival. She went above and beyond!! I am grateful for the opportunity to experience her home and the beauty of Marco Island. I hope to return sooner than later. Many thanks!!
