Can’t beat the view

AMAZING

What an absolutely beautiful home. We were 10 girls/ladies on our 19th week/weekend and this was by far the best house we have stayed in. Highly highly recommend!

Beautiful location!

Amazing view. Very clean. Space is fantastic for a larger group. A few minor maintenance issues - which I raised to the management company and they were prompt to respond.

We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and cooked in the well stocked kitchen. This is definitely a place we look forward to renting again!

Nice home and location. The setup for pool heating and hot tub is marginal. A constant battle to try to have a warm (not hot) hot tub. The hot tub will only very briefly got to 102f, but quickly reverts back to pool heating instead—— this was unfortunate.Vast majority was excellent! Only item I would fix is the system to keep the hot tub warm longer, and more consistently hot.

Fun and relaxing

The house was ideal for our adult group of 9. It was clean and well supplied. The decor was beach themed and classy. The supply of beach gear and kayaks, bikes etc. was the best I have seen in a rental. The location was central to activities. We had a light go out In a closet and called the rental Company and they were out same day to take care of it. The maintenance guy was professional and respectful of our privacy. Not only did the rental company take care of the rental details but they also initiated contact to see if anything was needed. Great house, great rental company, great vacation spot!

The location was perfect and within walking distance to the beach. The garage had plenty for us to use at the beach. We had a nice dock and had beautiful sunrise views. Enjoyed the hot tub as well. It was cooler weather which impacted heating the pool but otherwise all was great.

We drove to most all the restaurants, but with littles that was easiest. House was clean and had plenty of towels for bathing and outdoor fun. Loved having the bikes and kayaks as well. Plenty of seating in the family room and patio area. New patio furniture. The extra full size fridge in the garage was a plus. Pack n play and pool toys. A highlight was the dolphin that came by 2-3x a day. The office checked in multiple times. We would love to stay here again.

From kayaking with dolphins each morning right from the private patio, to daily short walks to the beach, we could not have asked for more. The homeowner provided so much information about things to do in the area during Christmas week, including restaurant recommendations and Parade of Homes Holiday light tour route. Marco Island Vacation Properties responded very promptly when a a second floor shower developed a leak through the kitchen ceiling below. Although they could not schedule a repair as it was the day before Christmas, they were at the house within a few hours of being notified. We will definitely return to this beautiful property again!

Amazing house! What is even more exciting, we got to observe dolphins on the private water front of the house. One of the dolphins literally pass by us! It’s a wow location, wow views, wow house! Short walk to the public access of the beach through Maple street. The bicycles were amazing bonus that we got to enjoy as well. Garage is full with pool and beach gear, fishing and canoe. We had everything we needed! A lot of bathroom and beach towels that we never ran out of. The kitchen is full equipped to prepare any meal styles. We had everything we needed!!! Thank you for the thoughtfully prepared home!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful property and location. Even with Hurrican Ian, the home was in great shape. The owners kept my husband fully updated on the condition of the property after Ian. Thankfully we could only see the damage to the screened area, which was fixed during our stay. The home was very confortable for the entire group. Enough space for alone time or family time. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.What is most impressive was the decor throughout the property. Very thoughfully placed in every room.One of the best memories would be seeing the dolphins, one was so close to the wall that I may have alerted all the neighbors and maybe the island of it presents. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the hot tub, it never seemed to get hot enough.We would absolutely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

The House was beautiful, just like the website pictures. It was very well stocked, especially with beach chairs, beach towels and two carts. The walk to the beach was easy, ~10 minutes from garage to gulf. This year we had takeout pizza from Joey’s which is always good, and went to The Boulevard for dinner which was outstanding. We had a wonderful week, highly recommended 123 Landmark!!

The house was perfect! We’ve been coming down to Marco for 6 years now and this by far was the best house and rental company! We had an issue with the toilet and they were so responsive and fixed it so quickly! Can’t wait to come down and stay at this house again!

June 2022 Stay

We had a terrific week at 123 Landmark! Every day we had amazing weather!! The views of the cove was truly incredible!! I did yoga by the water every morning!! Our kids enjoyed the bikes and kayaks!! The blender was broken, and since we like to enjoy blended adult beverages- we ordered a new one from Amazon and had it delivered. We left it behind so the next family could enjoy it as well!! A few things to mention- The pool and patio were very nice. But the pool was a bit smaller than we realized (seemed larger in photos). We have 4 teenagers and with 3 adults, it was a bit crowded at times. I’d guess it was about 10’x 30’ in size. The hot tub was awesome though! The master bathroom was really large and nice!! Loved the large vanity!! The only thing that I would like to see updated was the shower fixture in the master shower. My husband is really tall and it was just not a large enough shower head for the water to reach past the bench. It’s a really nice bathroom, but the shower head could use an upgr

The outdoor area is so peaceful and private! We found the home to be extremely clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The owners have it very well equipped for trips to the beach as well as anything you need for dining in! The property management team were friendly and the ease of the rental was superb. Can't say enough about this beautiful property!

Reviewer Comments: Great house, great location, we found a beer bottle and beer can under the kids bed as soon as we arrived. The master bedroom hot tub was broken and the upstairs A/C unit was shut off. Do not trust what the property management group tells you, and do not trust the cleaning company. The owner has a very nice home and allowing us to use their "toys" made our trip even better, but the management team owner ruined a couple of days for us.
