The house, pool and hot tub were perfect. Our family enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. It is a short walk to the public access path to the beach and to several restaurants and shops. The communication was fantastic before our stay and during our stay. The house has everything you need. We will definitely stay her again. You will love everything about this house.

Great property for our group of 6! Lots of added extras that are missing in most rentals; some spices etc, more than just one roll of toilet paper and paper towels and functional beach equipment! Pool and lanai are awesome too!Walk to the beach is pleasant, even during the heat wave!We will definitely return. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this Marco Island property. The house is ideally located in a quiet, beautiful residential neighborhood, just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. Maritza and Jeff, the hosts, were wonderful and extremely responsive. From the initial booking to offering helpful recommendations about the area, they made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking the ultimate Marco Island vacation.

This house was absolutely perfect for our week on Marco. It is so very clean and comfortable that we didn't want to leave. It is very well appointed and we did not want for anything! This was our first stay on Marco Island and we did not know much about the location. It is in a great spot and a very short walk to the beach. It is also very walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants.The host is an absolute gem. She was very diligent in responding to any questions that we had.Do not hesitate to book this home for your Marco vacation. It is a great home.

This was our second stay at this home and as before, everything was perfect. 5 stars isn’t enough. The property is located on the south west area of the island which makes it walking distance to many restaurants and shops and also to public access to the beautiful south end of Marco beach. The house is immaculate and has a south facing pool and hot tub that make it hard to want to leave the backyard. On top of all that, the homeowner provided excellent communication and we had quick responses to any questions. You would not be disappointed with this rental.

We are first time guests to this home and loved everything about it. The house was clean and well maintained, kitchen stocked with all the necessities, and the pool and amenities were great! We will be back in the future!

Stunning home and gracious host

The property was exactly as described and pictured in the VRBO listing. The location was perfect just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The property was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The kitchen especially was very well stocked. The outside living space was also stunning! The host was very communicative and gracious, definitely one of the best properties we have stayed at in Florida!

We have stayed in many VBROs and this one was the absolute BEST! We had everything we could have ever wanted: stocked kitchen, all the water toys/chairs/tents in the garage, short walk to the beach and fantastic owners. We're already looking at dates for our next stay!!!

Perfect

The house was exactly as advertised and in a perfect location. We have been to Marco Island every year for the last ten. This home has the best location as its walking distance to the public beach access and a half dozen great restaurants. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly imagine and then some. The checking process was easy and the house was spotless on arrival. We look forward to returning.

Perfect staycation!

We had a pleasant stay at the home. The house was spacious, clean and truly spectacular. We loved the shell box in the entrance, very nice touch. The kids had a fantastic time, and the space was perfect for our family. We did encounter a few issues during our stay, however, the owners, Maritza and Jeff, were very responsive and helpful, ensuring that everything was quickly resolved. Overall, a nice experience with great service! We will definitely be staying here again.

Magical Stay

I can’t sing enough praises about the property and the owner. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything one may need and more. The pool and outdoor area are very private and relaxing and came in handy on those hot, steamy days. A very short walk to the most beautiful beach. Stores and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. The owner is incredibly helpful and responsive. Loved this place. Can’t wait to come back.

Amazing beachy property!

The absolute BEST vacation home! Maritza (homeowner) was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The home was beautifully furnished, and in like new condition. We LOVED the pool and spa and we were amazed by the amount of pool/beach floats/toys that were available to us. Our family of 5 will definitely be back! Thank you!!

You will love this property!!

The house was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 small children. Close to everything with 2 beach access’ within walking distance. Can’t think of anything that we would ask to be added, even for the children. But best of all, the Owners were awesome. Accessible, concerned that you are enjoying your stay and helpful if needed. That is why we rate it a 5 star stay.

Excellent Vacation Home

This house is beautifully furnished in a lovely neighborhood. The spacious kitchen was "like new". Pool and patio area were exceptional. We were comfortable in bedroom/baths. We used the bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas that were provided (all in excellent condition, just like ones from home). We are planning to return again next year.
