A Little Slice of Paradise

Beautiful home with everything needed found on site. Located in a quiet neighborhood with daily bunny and owl visits, and to my delightful surprise dolphin sightings right off dock. As we vacation on Marco every year, we will definitely rent this home again.

Another great stay

This was our second stay at this property. Everything we mentioned in our previous review still holds true. We would gladly stay here again.

Should've stayed longer!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was truly a home away from home! The amenities were great, pool and dock were awesome and the necessary comforts (beds, linens) were far above average. The Holiday Life team was incredibly responsive and ready to answer any and all questions and provide suggestions. They were flexible and understanding on all fronts and truly made this an enjoyable experience. Location was a 5 minute drive to the beach and within walking/biking distance of basic needs - pharmacy, restaurants, grocery and of course, coffee! Highly recommended Island Bike Shop for bike rentals (free delivery and pick-up) and enjoying the bike paths available on the island. I would not only recommend this property to a friend...i am fully prepared to stay there again. For reference, we are a very active family with 3 teenage girls...every one loved it!

It accommodated our family of 8 for 2 weeks with plenty of room to spare! The pictures are exactly what you get upon arrival! The pool always had direct sun and was comfortably warm! The Holiday Life was always prompt with responses when I inquired! Would definitely stay here again! Definitely deserves more than 5 stars.

Wonderful stay

We could not have been happier with our stay here. The location is excellent, and the house itself was clean, spacious, and had excellent amenities. The screened-in pool and lanai were absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing and inviting

We had a great time at this beautiful property! Everything is automated, which required a learning curve, but super helpful once we mastered. Only thing we wish we had more of were extra blankets! But mattresses were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed plus more! Owners were thoughtful and provide chargers galore and home automation, plus an office setup (not that we used it). Wish the pool water had been a little clearer during our stay, but we rented a pontoon boat and spent most of our time touring the surrounding waters. We would definitely come back!

Relaxation Perfection

This property is extremely well supplied, immaculately maintained and beautifully furnished and decorated. Our family had the best time together vacationing because of this convenient and fantastic property. The rental company was kind and easy to work with as well.

Best Rental Property Ever!!!

We were blown away by our wonderful stay!!! We wished for NOTHING and that says a lot because our expectations are notoriously high. The house was spotless upon our arrival. Thoughtful touches made this a hassle free rental across the board. My husband and I were in heaven and our three kids (ages 2-8) were smitten with the heated pool, water views, oversized bathtub and comfortable bunk beds. We will definitely be back. This was by far our BEST experience with a rental EVER! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house for a week during February 2020, brought our little dog with us. We were very satisfied with the rental, instead of restating lots of stuff here, just look at the five star reviews in each category. If you rent this house, you won't be lacking anything to make your stay wonderful. We do have one suggestion. Seems like all the properties we looked at renting have very high beds, usually due to the need for extra storage under the beds. As we are both in our mid 60s, not exactly invalids yet, but the height of the beds is / will be a challenge for some. Also, getting out of the bed during the dark of night to use the bathroom has its issues. Suggestion is to ensure that at least one of the bedrooms has a "low" bed, one that is more accessible.

The house is bright, centrally located, perfectly clean and well equipped (linens, beach towels, kitchen, pool toys & beach equipment). We liked the reminders from the property management service. Our grandchildren enjoyed the Christmas tree when we arrived!! Thank you to the owners and Holiday Life for a relaxing experience!
