Great hosts!
Great and swift from communication from the hosts. House worked great for our family. Lots of towels, lots of beach items and cart to drag them to the beach which is about 5-10 min walk with kids. Pool is great and mosquito nets over the entire outdoor soace keep you protected from bugs. Kitchen had everything we needed Overall great place to stay!

Great house
We absolutely loved this property House was very well kept and a terrific location to be able to walk to the beach. Although the weather did not cooperate, that is no one’s fault. This is our second time staying at this property and we would definitely stay again

Ten out of Ten
The property was just as described. The house was very clean, which is always my number one priority. It was an easy, safe walk to the beach. Speaking of beach, this beach was the widest, most beautiful beach that we had ever seen! It was very peaceful with very few people. We are so grateful to the owners for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home. The pool area was fabulous, and allowed us to extend our time outside together each day. Thank you again for sharing your home with us! It was perfect!

This house is everything!
We have stayed many times on Marco Island. This was by far our favorite property. The location is fantastic. It is walking distance to the beach and close to many of the resturants and shops that we love. The house is really nice and kept immaculate, it has everything you need. (Pool toys, beach gear and bikes). Loved having the private pool and beautiful patio to relax on. Ted is very responsive and takes pride in maintaining the house to a top standard. We did not have any issues with anything during our stay there, but I felt assured if we had, it would have been taken care of. Such a happy vacation in a wonderful house. Thank you!!

Perfect Marco Island Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Marco Island and this house played a major role. The location was perfect -- easy beach access, lots of space for a family of four with two teenagers. Ted was very helpful -- called us upon check in and offered helpful tips. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home away from home
The house is very beautiful, with an open floor plan and 3 perfectly sized rooms. The kitchen is very well stocked with most things you will need on your stay. It is a very short 6- minute walk to the beach where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets! The pool was absolutely perfect for our family. We had a blast and can't wait to come back again!!

Great house, flexible property owner!
The house was wonderful and as advertised. After SW cancelled our flights the owner was able to be flexible with our stay, much appreciated! We loved the distance to the beach, riding bikes, and enjoying the pool. Although HOT we love Marco in the summer when no one is there! Only issue were 3 of the 5 beach chairs were broken and umbrella needs to be replaced. We made due with the large tent. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Thanks for your kind words. But, uh oh! I wish I had known that the chairs and umbrella were no longer working. We had just inspected them in May. I will swap those out right away so that this is not the case for our next guests!

Perfect vacation home
We had a great two weeks on Marco Island! This house had it all and you felt like you were at home only closer to the beach. Loved the backyard access to the pool! We really enjoyed having bicycles to cruise around on or take to the beach. The owner was wonderful at communicating right away with any issues. We will definitely be returning to this house again.

Me encanto la renta de esta casa ❤️❤️❤️❤️ la verdad he ido de vacaciones ,4 veces en Marco Island,y de todas las propiedades está casa ,165 Beachcomber street ,esta muy buena y acogedora,limpia cuando digo limpio es todo desde los cuartos,la cocina las toallas las camas súper buenas como en mi casa la verdad de corazón y la piscina superrrr 👌🏼💯💯💯💯Limpia estaba exquisita de todo corazón,me encanto esa casa y pienso regresar .Lo único es que los vecinos 😔no dejan poner música que pena la verdad nunca me había pasado eso ahí en marco island,pero lo que es la propiedad volvería muchas vecesmás y el dueño de la propiedad es una persona súper atento ,amable y educado.😍❤️😍

The house is beautiful and very comfortable! Communication with the owner Ed was excellent! The beach was massive with plenty of space for everyone! We hope to be back again next year! It was our first trip to Marco Island and I have to say the entire area is pristine and laid back. Exactly what we were looking for!

Great for Families
This house was the perfect location for our family vacation. Two couples and a 7 & 8 year old. It was an easy walk to the beach and everything you could need (chairs/umbrella/toys) was provided. We definitely got full use of the pool and enjoyed nights on the patio. Ted was great to work with, responsive when we had questions. I would recommend this location to anyone!

by far one of my favorites!
This home is just as it's listed, clean, bright, close to everything and absolutely the most comfortable home. The beds were amazing, the house is beautiful and the location is fantastic. Everything about it was perfect. There were 4 of us and we all had such a great time. The beaches are so beautiful, you could walk to everything you wanted, food, entertainment, sun, and relaxation. Hosts were super responsive and helpful with fun places to see/eat. 5 stars from us, we are talking about a return trip in a few year for the next graduation!

Third year back!
We absolutely love staying here! It’s our third year in a row. It has everything we need and more to enjoy the short walk to the beach for swimming during the days and going back for sunsets later. We love having our own pool as well! Definitely plan on coming back!

We took our family of five and had an awesome time! The reviews were spot on. They had everything we needed for a day at the beach. The distance to the beach was perfect for a walk or a bike ride. We ate all of our meals outside under the covered back patio. We were just a block away from the Catholic Church so we were able to attend mass. My kids loved it. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location, great house
We had a great week in Marco and this home really couldn't be more convenient to the gorgeous beach. The pool is the perfect size and had plenty of toys for kids, and we ate all of our meals on the patio dining table which is shaded most of the day/evening. We spent 90% of our days outside, but when we were inside, everything was very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed.

A wonderful stay!
We absolutely loved the pool and screened in lanai at this home. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the neighborhood and short walk to the beach. The house had a well appointed kitchen and there were ample beach toys and supplies to make trips to the beach super easy. We'd love to stay again sometime!

Great home made our trip easy and fun
House had many amenities, much more than a hotel would have. Very spacious and a very clean house and garage. The neighborhood was quiet. The outdoor pool area was large with plenty of seating. The owner called to welcome us and made it clear to let him know if there were issues (the only one was the tv remote batteries were dead but we found a new package in the house). Everything was very nice!

Amazing house!
We, all family, like the house very much. It has way more than on advertising page. #1 its 2 min walk from the beach, 500m / 1500 feet, and there is a shower right before beach. #2 its difficult to list all stuff they have at house - all you need at the beach (even big tent, and small cart to load your stuff, and cooler-bags). #3 not much, but they do have some sand-toys for kids (10-15 items) #4 pool is great, it even has a fountain, its warmed nice, it even has shallow place to part with 2 year old baby. #5 veeeeery friendly owner # will definitely recommend, and definitely come back when I can!

Our perfect honeymoon spot
Due to covid, our original honeymoon plans were cancelled. After staying at Four Palms, we’re so glad the original honeymoon was cancelled. This house is so perfect for a couples getaway. The pool is excellent, the beach is within walking distance of the house, and the house is so clean. Really loved having a washing machine in the house too, we washed our clothes before our travel plans continued. Kitchen is well stocked with all the pots and dishes you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Take an inventory of what the house has before you go to the store, good chance the house has what you need already! We stayed at this house for 6 nights and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. There are great restaurants near the house too: Marco Prime ($$$-steakhouse), Oyster Society ($$$-seafood), Cocomo’s ($$-bar and seafood), and Doreen’s ($-breakfast/lunch.) Avoid CJ’s on the Bay (not impressed by the food there.) Naples is nearby too, so be sure to check out their restaurants and the Naples Zoo! Try to book a cruise on the Princess boat in Marco Island or Naples, takes you on a tour of the water and the local wildlife while also providing decent food. We strongly recommend this house to anyone, it was such a pleasant stay. The neighborhood is quiet and clean too. Ted was also so great, made sure we had everything we needed.
