Nice Southern exposure for the cold Florida temps. Have rented from MVP many times and the houses are always clean and well equipped.

This is a great property for a large family since the house and pool area have plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked and the house was very clean. It's a quick walk to restaurants and not far from Tigertail Beach. That said, we couldn't give it an excellent rating because there were quite a few maintenance issues that needed tending to. We will send those suggestions directly to the management company. If fixed, this house would be great and we would be happy to return.

House needs some updating

The weather in Marco was perfect for spring break. The house needs some updating for the price. We really liked the outdoor space. Someone stopped by to tell us the hot tub needed fixed, but not sure that happened because the water was very dirty the whole week. We also found several cockroaches in the quest bathroom at the end of the week.From this location it’s not super convenient if you like the beach. Very far walk and hard to find parking at the public beaches during spring break.

Perfect stay lots of room

The pool and hot tub in this house were perfect. It also gave plenty of room for 6 of us to have all spaces in the house. Great location close to everything and easy to access.

Perfect Summer Family Get-A-Way

We’ve never been to Marco Island before, but thought we’d give it a try. We were so happy we did. At first we thought hanging out at the beach was going to be complicated because of the limited public beach access, but we realized how close we were to Tiger-tail Beach and that there was plenty of parking. The house is also very close to grocery stores which made shopping easy. There isn’t anything that the house lacks. Pool and beach supplies are taken care of. The back patio is plenty spacious and sun or shade seating is easily available. Load the outdoor mini fridge with drinks and enjoy! We rented kayaks from Paddle Marco Island and they brought them over to the house and put them on the dock. Easy fun when the tide was high. Otherwise the pool was our number one location we hung out at. The kitchen was full of everything we needed to cook and make meals for the family. Laundry was a breeze with the large washer and dryer. Beds were all comfortable. Sheets were soft and breathable. Plenty of towels in the closet for bathing, the pool, and the beach. Bathrooms were upscale and clean. Lots of hot water, too. Everything worked well and was just what we expected. In fact things were better than we thought and we were sad to leave. Check in and out were very simple. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

The house was very nice.The hot tub was not working until our 6 th night of our stay.I wish that this would be checked prior to each rental as this happened last year with another rental company.I think if pool/hot tub is listed it should be checked as it is the big draw for the property.We had conflicting ways to turn the hot tub on between the texts we received and the book that was at the house so we thought we were doing something wrong until Monday morning when the pool company came by.The rental company was responsive but even from Monday morning it was not working until Thursday night .If this were checked we would not have lost even more time.

Great amenities

We had a great stay. Everything you need for fun in the sun and family gathering are available - garage is full of good toys (pool stuff, beach stuff, games, cornhole, bikes, rods- even weights! . Pool is amazing, temp control works great. Hot tub is lovely. The chairs and back deck are fabulous, and the sun goes directly overhead all day long from left to right. The canals are very peaceful and beautiful. Sometimes pairs of dolphins would come through. Back porch is amazing overall - we basically spent the whole trip out there. Kitchen has everything you could need and they are not kidding about the knives being sharp! I am going home and getting all of mine sharpened because I see what I’ve been missing out on! My only note is at the house, while well-maintained, has not been updated in at least 25+ years. Everything is “vintage“. Formica, mint green tub, jacuzzi tub that is VERY old, white press board cabinets, etc. The layout is awkward with a master and queen on one end of the house and the other two brs on the opposite side of the house - a little unnerving if you’ve got littles. Overall it worked well for our week and we can not say enough about the outside living space.

Marco Island Vacation

This Marco Island property was a delightful and enjoyable stay. 100% recommended. We stayed with the family and the house is equipped with everything you can think of. House is beautiful and the back view is absolutely amazing. The only thing is that the bathrooms are a bit outdated but functional nonetheless. We will definitely come back to this house. The service from the management company was topnotch. We called them for a couple of things and they were very responsive. Great service. Thank you for a wonderful and a memorable stay.
