Our family has stayed in a dozen or so places and this was the best, most fun place to stay. Tom was so good with communication, and the place is so awesome. We loved eating dinner poolside! We not hesitate to stay again!

The house is very comfortable and in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked which we appreciated since we do a lot of cooking. The real "wow factor" for us was the pool, hot tub and lanai. The owner, Tom, was very responsive and accommodating and we enjoyed working with him. We'll definitely be back!

Our host was welcoming and reached out to answer any questions before we arrived and checked in a couple of times while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was just as pictured, clean with all of the amenities we needed, we traveled light so appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, the beach gear, towels, beach bags etc. The location was excellent - quiet, safe neighborhood with a quick easy drive to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Loved coming home in the evening and hanging out in the pool and hot tub.

Awesome house, well equipped, fully stocked, and very clean. Owner was excellent communicator and very attentive. Pool was perfect and hot tub was great. This is are 12th house rental on the island and by far the best experience to date. I would highly recommend this property.

Could not have asked for anything more!!! The property was immaculate and included all the amenities needed, and then some! The neighborhood was quiet and located near stores and restaurants. The pool was beautiful and private. The home and backyard area were spacious and offered plenty of space for our party of six to rest and relax. Tom was a fantastic and available host with great communication. Zero issues with our stay. Highly recommended! We hope to return again in the near future!

"Absolutely Fantastic Stay – A True Home Away from Home!"Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Marco Island, for three nights, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we booked, the communication with the host, Tom, was excellent – very prompt, clear, and helpful.Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by how spotless and well-maintained the house was. It was clear that a lot of care goes into this property. The living room was incredibly comfortable, perfect for our evenings of leisure, playing board games and watching movies. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals, from pots and pans to basic spices, which was a huge convenience. We especially loved beautiful backyard and patio area, ideal for morning coffee and evening barbecues.The location was also perfect for our needs. It was just a short drive to the beach, and we loved being able to easily explore the local shops and restaurants in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, offering a relaxing escape. We truly felt like we were staying in a private oasis.The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night's sleep after our busy days. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus for staying connected. Everything was exactly as described, if not better.We highly recommend this VRBO rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-appointed home for their vacation.

Excellent Host

Tom was extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating from days before our stay until checkout. The house was clean and well stocked with everything including remotes labeled for ease of use. A good amount of beach gear was available to use. He even changed the hot tub temperature to accommodate adult time vs kid time. I would stay here again.

Great Marco Home!

The home was just as advertised. It is in a really nice part of the island. Close to Mackle park, shopping, restaurants and conveniences like Publix and Walgreens. Perfect for an extended stay.

We have stayed at a lot of lovely places and this tops the list! Wow. The place was spotless and BEAUTIFUL. We could live there happily ever after. The pool was refreshing and a nice size for getting some exercise. The home was very comfortable all around. And last but not least, the owner genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Enjoy!

Very clean beautiful home

This was our first trip without our kids to celebrate our 15 year anniversary. I loved being able to take a short walk to mackel park where I enjoyed my morning walk. My husband and I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and we played the ring and hook game by the pool. The decor was nice and the house was very clean. We rented jet skis and toured around the 10,000 islands. Tom was always available and made sure everything was to our liking. He even let us stay an extra hour after check out. Thanks for the great week!!

This house was amazing, I was very impressed when I entered the house. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies and all of the rooms were very neatly organized and cleaned. The closets had bath towels and shower towels which was very useful. The house was very beautiful overall! We had a wonderful time and we really enjoyed ourselves. The owner was also very sweet and checked up on us every once in a while, something I’ve never had happen before. This house is easily 5 stars.

Great Marco Island pool home!

We stayed 3 nights at this property on Marco Island and it was just as described in the listing. The home is very clean and comfortable with basically everything you need to stay. It has a great outdoor patio/pool area, which seems to have been recently renovated. There is also an outdoor BBQ grill for cooking so we had a nice dinner one night out by the pool. Tom, the owner, was very welcoming and attentive and also very flexible with some requests we had. Overall, this is a wonderful property on the island and a place we will likely stay at again! Thanks Tom, for a great stay!

Exceptional Property

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our time at this beautiful property, which is set in a quiet and charming neighborhood full of meticulously cared for homes and landscaping. The interior and exterior of this property was precisely described in the listing and the pictures accurately reflect the quality of this home. Everything is new. The careful thought the owner has put into this home really makes it shine. The decor, the pool, and wide array of amenities (tv's in every room, kitchen supplies, beach gear, bikes) make this a standout property. The owner was a delight and genuinely interested in ensuring our time in the home was perfect. I highly recommend anyone considering a vacation in the area to take a close look at this property.

Family Vacation

The house and property were excellent and exactly as described. A fantastic location/neighborhood and I can't say enough about the host Tom, he's been nothing short of amazing. He'll respond to you immediately for all your concerns/needs etc. It's been a great pleasure to rent this house from him. My family and I really enjoyed our time there and will look to return here again.
