This house is perfectly located close to restaurants and shopping plazas. You have only a 5 minute drive or 15 to 20 minute walk. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful canal view. We had dolphins visit as well as we saw the burrowing owls when walking through the neighborhood. It is a well kept older home with two separate buildings with one bedroom/ bathroom in the main building with kitchen, dining and living room and 3 bedrooms in the attached building that worked well with a family of 6 and 2 grandparents each having their separate buildings at night. The pool deck area is large and nice to use for sun bathing and swimming. Our only complaint was how cold the pool was and it would not stay heated but the cold weather at night was the reason it would not stay heated as we hoped. A pool cover might help during colder months. The host Deborah was very helpful and accommodating during our 2 week stay. We enjoyed South Collier Beach better than Tigertail because the public parking 10/day was a shorter walk with easy access for strollers and carts. They also have a restaurant Sunset Grille on the beach that allows you to use restrooms and order favorite frozen drinks. This was our first stay on Marco as we usually do an all inclusive vacation. We plan to go back.
