Great property for our family in a great location

We stayed with our six and three year old and this property was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Great deck and pool area. Also, plenty of pool toys and beach supplies including bikes and a kid bike trailer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this property for an r&r family trip with tweens and it did not disappoint. The neighborhood was very quiet, the layout of the house was the right amount of space, the porch was a nice spot to watch the canal, and the pool felt amazing in the morning. There was a fully stocked kitchen, a game cabinet, plenty of towels, pool floaties, bikes, beach toys/coolers/chairs (and a cart to carry it all!). We made many trips to the beach and there was even a shop vac to clean the sand from the rental car. There were plenty of hangers in the closets, ice packs in the freezer, a laundry basket, spices, blender for smoothies... it’s those thoughtful details that made the trip easy.

Christmas Break

This was the first time getting my in laws out of the state of Illinois. I am so glad we landed at this property. Right on the canal and about half mile from the beach. The owner John was amazing. Answered all our questions in a timely fashion. Plenty of space for our family. There was tons for us to do as well. Bikes, games, pool items, beach chairs, towels, you name it. I have stayed at many places for vacations and my kids travel sports this is by far the best and nicest. Thank you John!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home and has all the necessities you will need. This is the second time I have stayed at this home. The back porch is wonderful for relaxing with your morning coffee or for having dinner. It would be nice to have a little bigger table and chairs on the porch but, we made it work. The beds are ok but, could be updated. I gave the property a 4 on cleanliness only because the floors should have been mopped prior to our arrival. The air conditioning was not turned on prior to our arrival and it was 88 in the house. The air stopped working and we had to call for repairs. They came right away, however, the first night was very uncomfortable. Even with the couple negatives I would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time in Marco Island and swimming in the pool at this house. The open floor plan and split bedroom layout was nice and the location was a manageable bike ride to the beach. There was no bath tub (listing showed bath 1 had a combo tub/shower). There were a few opportunities for improvement with this rental, including cleaning (floors and back porch were very dirty), mattress in master was very uncomfortable and worn, house had limited supplies (no hand soap, watered down dish soap, only 2 laundry pods), and limited to no kid friendly dishes/utensils). The rental agreement did mention the starter supplies, however, the guests were expected to do a lot of laundry throughout the week and start a load upon checkout on top of the $300 cleaning fee.

Luxury Stay with a private Heated Pool and huge Lanai

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this spacious, beautiful home. Recently remodeled. Pictures and description are spot on. A lovely, safe neighborhood. Very peaceful and quiet. Large kitchen with everything needed and more. Excellent internet connection. Cable TV with local news and movies using the owner's YouTube TV app. Comfortable bed. The large pool was clean and a decent 84°. Lots of beach towels. Huge enclosed balcony with lots of seating. We enjoyed the canal view, too, although we did not see manatees or dolphins. We liked being able to park our vehicle in the garage. Some beach supplies, and coolers. Cool bikes with helmets and locks provided. Many restaurants within a few miles as well as the beach for beautiful sunsets! We went fishing with Hook U Up Charters and shelling with Treasure Seekers, and took Hemingway Water Shuttle to Keewaydin Island for a fun beach day.

The screened in porch across the back of the home and included the pool on the side was my families favorite part of the home. We were lucky enough to see dolphins up close. I would highly recommend this home. Loved also being only a few blocks from family that lives in Marco.

Relaxing stay at Marco Island waterfront home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time at the house as we escaped the cold for a week. The use of the 4 beach cruisers in the garage allowed us to bike to the nearby beach with ease, not even 10 minutes away. More than enough beach chairs and coolers in garage for us to use for day trips to the beach. We spent a lot of time in the screened in porch (OK, a Lanai, new term for us!) as we saw a large bottlenose dolphin jumping out of the water by the dock and the Ospreys hunting for fish. Having our own pool was a bonus for lounging and cooling off from the hot sun. Inside we found ample food prep space with the large kitchen island for the daily appetizers and cocktails on the porch. The kitchen was stocked with the equipment needed to prepare all our meals, nice to have when cooking for the whole group. As coffee fiends, we had both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig to meet the different needs of the visitors. The location had no car traffic with the location tucked back in the neighborhood. Wifi signal was not a concern as I held a Zoom call while another person streamed a movie with no issues. We had a great time in Marco and hope to go back soon, this place was great!

Couples Getaway!

The home was clean, spacious, in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for two couples or a family. The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the home with sliders to the Lanai and each had private baths. The Lanai overlooked the water channel and was absolutely gorgeous and relaxing; we sat out there every day and had several dinners on the lanai. The pool was private and had a nice deck area to lounge. Marco Island is a beautiful place. we plan to visit again soon!

The screened-in Lanai and pool areas are perfect for relaxation, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The appliances, accommodations, etc., were ideal. Very conveniently located to the beach, shopping, dining, and water activities. We were provided with a good list of recommendations for things to do and places to go, and we will most certainly be back to complete and add to it. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved the split floorplan with the guest bedrooms on the other side of the house away from the master bedroom. The extra big kitchen island with seating was wonderful! Open floor plan kitchen into the living and dining room. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The covered lanai is a plus too. Great space to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail! The house is conveniently located to many shops, restaurants, beaches as well as the grocery store. The rental company was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

Best Trip Ever

When we arrived, we were surprised at how beachy and clean this home was. We loved the panoramic view of the canal from the back side of the house. We saw a manatee swimming around the dock on our second day, a highlight for sure! A good internet connection was my biggest must and I had no problem with video calls for work. The property management company provided everything needed for a comfortable stay as well as lots of tips for things to do and places to go. We loved the furniture on the lanai and the pool was clean and at a perfect temperature. This property gets a two thumbs up!

September 2023 Stay

My wife and I just stayed at this wonderful home for a short getaway. It was our third time on Marco Island in three years and I have to say it was our favorite place to stay so far. We decided to stay in a home and get away from the busyness of the condos we stayed in the past. This home was perfect. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and it gave us the privacy we were seeking. The home is spacious but cozy. The yard was well kept and even offered us some fresh limes to go with our margaritas (I hope the owners don't mind if we picked a few!) We really enjoyed sitting on the lanai drinking coffee and listening to the nearby ospreys while looking down the entire canal. It felt like we were right on the ocean. After coffee, we rode bikes to Stonewalls (near South Public Beach) and another morning to Red Rooster (just around the corner from Publix). Our time after that was spent mostly cooling off in the pool and reading books. This home is just a couple blocks from Mackle Park which was a wonderfu
