The host is great at communicating both before the trip and during our stay. Home is in a safe neighborhood and only a block from the public beach access. The kitchen is fully stocked and even comes with spices, dishwasher pods, ziplock bags, and Tupperware. We used the bicycles and beach equipment each day. We had a wonderful week, thank you!

We were delighted to have the opportunity to relax and recharge at this beautiful property. Kathy is a wonderful host in every sense of the word - her house is beautifully decorated, stocked not only with the essentials, but also thoughtful touches to make anyone feel at home. Pre-check in communication was clear and timely, and she included many more tips on site to make for a fantastic Marco Island vacation. We loved the proximity to the beach, the refreshing pool, and the covered seating for outdoor time even during south Florida afternoon thunderstorms. Thank you!!!

Magical Marco Island Stay!

From start to finish, the planning and stay, were absolutely fantastic. We seriously could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our first time in Marco. The location cannot be beat. We were literally one block away from the beach. You exit the property, hook a left, then a right at the end of the block, cross the road and you are at the beach! Kathy has the garage stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach, including multiple carts, beach toys, coolers, chairs and umbrellas. It was all we needed and more. Garage also has a handful of bikes (no kid bikes for those traveling with little ones) that were perfect for riding around the neighborhood. The house itself was immaculate. Pool setup is fantastic, with accessibility from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. We spent hours out there daily enjoying family time in the pool. The table firepit was put to good use for nighttime hanging. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Our kids (6 and 8) loved having a bedroom they could sleep in together, but with their own separate beds. The master bath was a big hit with our kids as well, as they enjoyed taking baths in the large, standalone soaker tub. The house is perfectly located on the island. Most of the restaurants were a short drive away. Maybe 10-minutes max to our "farthest" destination, with most places being only a short 3-5 minute drive. Can't wait to go back! Kathy is the best!

Perfect layout for our family of four

Probably the best stocked rental we’ve ever had. From pool/beach gear, bikes, umbrellas, and toys to cooking and kitchen needs, the host had it all. The home was meticulously clean. The host was in super responsive, clear and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and we had a perfect week at this rental. Highly recommend, worth every penny.

Extremely well appointed home! Just as advertised

We cannot say enough great things about ourStay at this property. It was so well appointed with everything we needed & more. I “dinged” the check in process (no fault of host) due to VRBO not accepting my Discover travel card but not stating that was the case when I tried to book. Our family of 5 adults were very comfortable in this home & would book it again. Thanks for a great experience.

Incredible retreat

Our family had a wonderfully relaxing week in this beautifully decorated and maintained home. My standard for cleanliness is admittedly high, and it took no time to realize we could fully relax! Every amenity you could think of was available! The beach carts and accessories were exceptionally helpful. The community was so quiet, some of us even napped on the patio. The lap pool was a nice retreat from the beach while the beach cruisers were so fun to ride to the store and to local ice cream shops/restaurants. Kathy was exceptionally responsive also. We've stayed in our share of rentals and this by far exceeds all past experiences! We'll be back!

Great location, great house

We have rented the house over couple of years for a month in winter. House has all the equipment, basic supplies and all. Very well furnished, great pool and easy access to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. Once had a problem with the dryer, within 2 days everything was fixed. The owners do respond quickly if needed.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a great stay at Thanksgiving. The kitchen was great for cooking and had everything we needed. The floor plan was a great setup. We enjoyed eating dinner by the pool. It was a perfect getaway.

All the comforts of home

This property met our expectations. The location in proximity to the beach shops and restaurants was perfect. The swimming pool was just the place to relax by at the end of a beach day . The kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor shower was very well thought out . Lots of games, great TV in living room . Plenty of beach equipment in the garage. Kathy was very responsive.Will definitely book again in future.

Unforgettable Stay Near The Beach at Marco Island

We have stayed several times at this property and it truly feels like a home away from home. The property itself is nothing short of amazing. Away In Paradise

We came back again and it never gets old! If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with the ocean nearby (literally a 5 minute walk), then this is the place to stay. The home is immaculate and everything you need is at your "fingertips". We truly spend most of our time outside in the lanai. We love grilling outside and swimming in the pool after returning from the beach. You can also walk or bike ride to restaurants. If you need anything, Kathy communicates with you right away. Great home, convenient location

Overall excellent experience. Property managers very responsive and helpful. Unit was clean and well stocked. The only big issue we had was the washer machine had horrible mold in the front load gasket. It smelled terrible if the door was open and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Unfortunately they wouldn’t have been able to fix it until 5 days into our trip but they were able to let us access the unit next door to use that washer. Overall great experience

Great House, Great Location!

This house is in a great location and has all the items you want for a great family stay. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes, which is about as short as you get. The house is very well stocked - we cooked in for multiple nights and found everything we needed. The bedrooms are good size and the whole house is clean and well maintained. the lanai and pool are super fun and the outdoor shower is a great plus. 5 Stars all around.

Perfect destination

House is perfect, everything needed for a beach House is available. Clean and covenient, couldn’t be better. Owner made our stay confortable and was available for any questions. We had a problem with the dryer, within a day the appliance guy came to fix it. Decor is vry nice.

Home away from home.

We could not have asked for a better place place to stay the last two weeks as we visited Marco Island for our annual winter vacation. We honestly felt like we were in our own house except in a much better location especially in January. All the amenities, great location and clean as a whistle. Host is super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. It will be hard not to want to stay here exclusively moving forward. Thank you Kathy.

Paradise!!

This property has everything you want in a house! The location is could not be better - 5 minute walk to the beach and the JW. Our favorite spot in the house was the AMAZING outdoor space. The pool had the option to put a child fence around it which minimized stress levels of having an 18 month old around. Kathy went the extra mile with everything from the way it was perfectly decorated, to all the kitchen supplies to the outdoor items including beach chairs, bikes, even tennis rackets and toys!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Kathy!!

A true home away from home

This house is the perfect vacation home a f is just as its pictured! It had everything you need for the beach and the pool or just to hang out with the family. From the pool, playing games to riding bikes..we did it all. It was literally 5 mins to the beach and the house had all you needed and more! The best beach experience! Very laid back area and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely come back.
