We had an absolutely wonderful time in Marco Island. This house has EVERYTHING you need! Jamie & Yolanda were wonderful hosts. They were very helpful with all aspects of our trip from restaurants, to having an excellent reference for a personal chef to come in and cook our group a spectacular meal . We hope to come back and visit again. Would recommend this house for both families and friends.

First Family Vacation

We have four kids and I was nervous about accommodating everyone. We initially went with this house because of all of the children amenities they had included in the house (pack and plays, high chairs, beach toys, water toys, etc.). All of the pictures looked fantastic online but sometimes you show up and things are not as they seem in pictures. This house was not that way it was even neater and cleaner than the pictures appeared. Every single thing in the house was well labeled. The owners checked in several times and were very helpful with all the information you could possibly need. I messed up the check out time and they were very helpful and understanding. We will be back to stay at Strawberry Paradise!

Awesome week in Marco at this great property.

Could not have been more impressed. Leading up to stay great communication and detail of property and Marco. Our family of 5 plus grandparents had a great week at this property and in Marco! The house was super clean and spacious. Backyard was awesome! We would love to go back!

Amazing!

We were blown away by this beautiful home. The owners are very attentive and take such amazing care of their property. Every possible amenity was carefully thought out and the home was fully stocked. From the coffee bar and bedside chargers to the pool and beach supplies, we couldn’t have asked for more. We enjoyed daily bike rides and finished each day with a soak in the heated spa. We will definitely be back and hope to make this a yearly trip for us.

Beautiful House

I asked my siblings this morning about the pros and cons of this house and there were absolutely no cons. Beginning with the communication with owners, this was a wonderful experience. The beds were comfortable, the pool area is stunning, nice large refrigerator, and perks like bikes and a ping pong table. The house was fully stocked. We would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful vacation rental! The owners decorated this new home beautifully and thought of everything you’d want or need to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. We all really enjoyed our stay! You’d think this is a Ritz-Carlton property! Every detail attended to!

Fantastic Property!!

The house is absolutely stunning, and has everything that any family would need throughout their stay. The hosts were helpful and communicated both before/ during our time at the property. The amenities were great, and we honestly didn’t need to ever leave the house in order to have a fabulous vacation. The location was private, but was also within 5 minutes of any place that we needed to get to. I couldn’t have asked for a better get away, and will definitely be back in the future!

This Place is an All-Inclusive Resort!

This place is an absolute must rent. Jamie and Yolanda were so easy to work with and even checked in multiple times to make sure that we had everything we needed and that everything met our expectations. They pay attrition to every detail and the pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s even nicer in person. They had the place already stocked with Coffee pods, seasonings & spices, all necessary kitchen utensils, laundry detergent. If you are looking for an elite property for a family vacation, look no further. This place is a resort! Thanks for allowing our family to make life long memories in your incredible home!

The perfect, luxury family get away!

Jamie and Yolanda have considered every detail with this property. They took time to make sure everything was perfect. The welcome packet was very thorough, the communication was prompt, the home and furnishing were spectacular, and the extra amenities were the cherry on top! My in-laws, husband, and 4 children had another great stay in Marco Island. We were very comfortable in their home, and we saw a lot of value on the 2 master bedrooms being on each end of the home (separated by the main living space). Everything was very clean, they provided many extras including a coffee bar, shampoo & body wash, all the beach gear, & bikes. The only thing I wish I had was a cordless vaccuum (for the kids messes at the counter LOL) Thanks again for sharing your lovely home with my family!

Exceptional, Luxurious Escape

In addition to being on a quiet street with a water view, this home is well constructed, appointed and decorated. The owners are responsive and organized and the entire home feels comfortable and functional. Everything was so easy, better than a hotel or resort. The level of detail provided by the owners made our stay feel effortless, thank you.

Best of the Marco Best

We've visited Marco Island for over 10 years and this was our first time actually renting on the island. This house is everything you'd want and more. Brand new, tastefully decorated and amenities (coffee, sunscreen, bikes, helmets, pool toys, coolers, toiletries, etc) in abundance. We had everything we needed and were not ready to leave. Perfect house for two families with separate bedroom wings. They even had an extra mattress for our 3 year old! Property managers were readily available for any questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all our family and friends!

Paradise at Strawberry Paradise

Strawberry Paradise is a fabulous vacation home! This beautiful home is all that was advertised and more. The owners thought through every detail from big to small. The TV's in every room (including outdoors) made our boys happy to watch a multitude of sporting events. The house is situated on a canal giving us beautiful views of passing boats and swimming dolphins. The outdoor space was perfect for lounging by the heated pool and hot tub or grilling dinners while keeping an eye on the game. The kitchen was well equipped for even the greatest of chefs! The house was filled with little extras like an abundant coffee station, kitchen and bathroom supplies, ping pong with extra paddles and balls and more. The variety of bicycles should fill the needs of multiple family members. They even had an air pump, helmets, locks and baskets. The owners were VERY responsive to any question or request we had and the home had a welcome book with recommendations for restaurants, stores, activities, etc. We felt like welcomed guests! We would totally recommend this home and would love to stay here again. It really is a Dream House!

Stunning in paradise!

This is great luxury property that is newly constructed in paradise. We were blown away at the quality of everything from appliances and furnishings, to the pool/hot tub. It has everything we could ask for….high end outdoor grill, multiple large TVs, ping pong table, bikes and games. We all ventured out for a shelling excursion to Keewaydin island and it was EPIC!! So many close restaurant choices or grocery shopping made meals an easy choice. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions we had, and provided recommendations for activities on the amazing island. We agreed when our friends said they never wanted to leave. But we will be back as soon as we can.
