A great house!

Everything was great, except there was a newly installed shower and there was no door or shower curtain to close so water ran out on the floor. The pool and lanai were perfect. We will rent this house next time we visit Marco Island.

Memorial Day Weekend

I would like to thank the owners of this beautiful home for allowing us to enjoy it for a couple of days. We loved it so much that we didn’t want to leave the house. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. The beds were really confortable The kitchen has practically everything you’ll need, from utensils to serving trays and bar wear. They also have an awesome gas grill by the pool. The pool is nice and clean. There’s Plenty of beach toys, chairs in the garage. When we first arrived we found a couple of issues that were not to our liking, but brought them up to management and they were quick to respond and solved them, very satisfied with their response. Hopping to go back sometime soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have always stayed in hotels and had to share a pool and go out to eat for every meal. We decided to try to stay in a house to give us more privacy and see what that would be like. Should have done this years ago because we had our own private pool which gave us privacy and with it being a full house we done some cooking and snacking which saved a lot or extra running and allowed us to sit back and enjoy our vacation. By far best vacation yet and we will return because the home was spotless and the staff was WONDERFUL!!!!!! Thank you for making this our BEST vacation EVER!!!!!!!!!

Beside the little bit, we got going on with the garage door opener. It’s been fine.

I can’t get anyone to understand that they’re in Florida and I’m in Ohio so all I can do is make phone calls with no one responding

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok. We felt the locals did not want visitors. It cost $20 to go to the beach and all food was overpriced. There was very little to do for single women who don’t hang out at bars. I also caught covid 4 days into our vacation. Bummer! Linens needed replaced for the price we paid. Management responded immediately to our request for better quality wash clothes and towels.

The house was very very clean and was exactly as depicted in the pictures. They had everything we needed. We enjoy the beautiful lanai and pool every day. Marco Island Vacation Properties had the BEST customer service and are very responsive. It was super easy to check in and out with them. We will be back to Marco snd we will most definitely rent through them again.

Muy cómoda, bien equipada, muy linda la piscina, la zona genial, muy tranquila y segura.Una modesta sugerencia, poner una cafetera Nespresso y algún pequeño parlante bluetooth.Seguramente volveré, aunque no pongan la Nespresso.

Great Stay on Marco Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time on Marco and renting a vacation home. The overall experience was great from start to finish. The communication and info given up front made for an easy rental process. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. The staff was incredibly helpful and communicative. (Text and email updates were given during the course of the week for things like garbage and recycling pick-up. The house itself was represented well in the photos and the website. There was typical wear and tear on the house but NOTHING that affected our stay. The pool was excellent with a maintained temperature acceptable to all. The 2 separate living spaces made plenty of room for kids and adults to enjoy their own areas. The house was in good walking or bike riding distance to restaurants and shops. A car was needed for convenient trips to the beach. Overall, we were VERY pleased with this house and location!

Relaxing Vacation

The house is in a great location. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The layout of the house is nice with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space.

Stayed at 1217 Bluebird Avenue and had an amazing two weeks of beautiful weather and totally enjoyed our stay. This is our 3rd time renting with Marco Island Vacation Properties and they continue to go above and beyond with their great customer service and support. The house was immaculate and the location and property were in great shape. We would highly recommend not just this company but the property as well.
