This place ticks all of the boxes: a spacious and comfortable home with a beautiful pool area and on site fun plus an easy walk to the beach and area restaurants. We had a wonderful time here with our adult children!

The home comfortably slept our group of 7 adults and one infant. Cooked many meals in the beautifully stocked kitchen. Played a lot of cards and games at the big dining table, sat outside to take in the surrounding beauty! Pool was great, beautiful grill to cook on outside too. Very easy walk to the beach and ice cream. Had a few glitches (no fault of the property) and property manager was easily reached which is a plus. Lots of great beach equipment to use too, also a pack-and-play and high chair for the baby which was a nice thing!
After a long day, comfy lounge chairs out back.

What a wonderful house! The amenities were unbelievable. The kayaks and paddle boards made it even better! The house is absolutely beautiful. Everyone loved the pool table and the dart board. The private pool was so great although there were lots of leaves in it and we tried to get them out but they often sunk to the bottom making it difficult to use the net to retrieve them. But it was great to have a pool.The house had everything we needed and more. Oh and the bikes were used by the young adults which was a really nice addition to an already fantastic experience. Also, the owner was immediately responsive to every question we had. One thing to note, if you have an older person with any mobility issues, it may be very difficult for them to use the king beds as they are really high off of the ground. The mattresses were unbelievably comfortable too!! This was just a great house!

Great house at a great location

This house was perfect for 6 adults and 6 kids 4-9 in age. Even the 4 year old could make the 10 min walk to the beach and back. The beach was very nice, beat our expectations. Owner was great about making sure things were going smooth, answering any questions we had. We took advantage of the kayaks, gas grill and the wagon/canopy going to the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool of course, but ping pong table and putting green were enjoyed as well. It was a great week of memories for grandparents, kids/spouses and grandkids.

Fantastic family vacation

We had a wonderful week at this property! The home was well appointed and extremely comfortable (especially the beds!). Between the pool, kayaks, playground, game room, plentiful lounge chairs, and fishing off the dock there was something for everyone. The location was perfect as well; we were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Omar was communicative / responsive both before and during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Overall we had a fantastic visit and look forward to returning!

Great location in a beautiful home.

My family of 11 (three children) really enjoyed staying at this home. Three points I’d like to share. First off, the location really is the best! It’s a short walk to beach access and Marco square and miniature golf but in a very nice quiet neighborhood. A wagon to pull chairs, umbrellas and a cooler to the beach is provided. Plenty of beach towels also provided. Second, it was also wonderful to have all the amenities such as the beautiful outdoor pool, dock, fishing poles, kayaks, bikes and water boards so we didn’t have to rent them. Also, has a pool table and ping pong table. Third thing I definitely have to mention is the beds. All the beds were so very comfortable with top notch linens, blankets and pillows and I am very picky when it comes to beds and linens. Having a tv and fan in each room was great too. So it may not be as glamorous as some of the other homes on Marco when you first check them out on VRBO but you won’t regret renting this place.

Perfect in every way!

Omar’s home is absolutely beautiful and roomy! Our family of 10 (kids ages 5 months - age 7) had the best time! Bedrooms, bathrooms and indoor areas were only outdone by the outdoor amenities. All pictures were accurate. We used everything except the bikes. This home is in a quiet cul de sac with an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to mini golf. I have to mention that the sheets and bath towels are awesome, as well as beach wagon, beach towels, toys, pool chairs and umbrellas. The decor is very tasteful but not overdone and not so fussy that the kids couldn’t touch anything. Omar was very responsive to our questions and checked in several times. We are anxious to return!

Marco Spring Break

The house is amazing. Great amenities and spacious. Beds comfortable and kitchen very usable. Kayaks, pool, grill and decks were all used and enjoyed. Short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Omar was very easy to work with and wanted to make sure everyone had a great experience. Would highly recommend. Only downside is time seems to move too fast there. That could not have been a week!!😀

Wonderful New Years Trip

We had a great time at this house. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. Everyone had plenty of space for themselves. There is a plaza around 10 minutes away from the house that has a lot of restaurant options. The beach access is about a 15 minute walk. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool because the weather was on the chillier side. However, we spent time fishing off the canal and some guests even enjoyed the kayaks. Overall great stay and the host was very friendly and was calling and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Our stay was amazing! Our family enjoyed our time using the pool, game room, and being so close to the beach was wonderful! We rented a boat which was great to see the island and tour different beaches. Dolphins all around was truly amazing to see!! We can’t wait to come back!

Online pictures are outdated. Overall condition of the property was poor. Ripped screens, broken cabinet doors, pool liner in poor condition. Listing indicates it’s a 5 bedroom house but in reality only four bedrooms. Location of house is very convenient but that’s the only redeeming quality. Would not stay here again.

Ideal for a large family group

We loved our stay. Omar is an incredibly responsive and conscientious owner who was in touch throughout the process to assure we had an ideal stay, even replacing defective bikes within hours! The pool is a gem, and the pool table got almost as much of a workout. The kitchen was very well equipped and the welcoming basket was a delight. Location cannot be beat. We hope to make this an annual event.

Great property! Omar was an excellent host!

This home was perfect for us! Four couples that have been friends since high school❤️ Our morning, coffee out on the raised deck was only enhanced by watching the tide move in and out of the canal. We loved our swimming pool and thoroughly enjoyed our walk to the beach. The sunsets were fabulous! In the afternoon, we enjoyed a cocktail under, the covered porch. Truly, the set up of this home with amazing for us! The host, Omar, could not have been more accommodating. He fulfilled our every need! I would highly recommend this property.

Our Marco Island Vacation

Our first trip to Marco Island was a fabulous experience. Omar’s home was perfect for our family of 10. The home decor was beautiful and there was plenty of room for us to gather inside, but spent most of our time either at the beach or at the pool. Everything we needed was within walking distance or a short ride in the car. Omar reached out to us immediately and was available whenever we had any questions.

Beautiful home! Wonderful amenities! My adult children loved everything about our week here. We took advantage of all that the house had to offer..... the private pool, kayaking, paddle boarding, bike rides, the fabulous outdoor grill, the game room etc. An easy walk to the beach, good restaurants and shopping within walking distance plus almost perfect weather made for dream week!

Wonderful vacation spot

Our first trip to Marco Island was a wonderful experience. The home was very nice and was within a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. The kitchen / common area was a great place to gather. The pool was the center of outdoor activities, but the kayaks were also a big hit, affording those that were so inclined to explore the area by water.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at Omar’s house for a week over new years. It was the perfect layout and amount of space for our two families of 4. The location was great. An easy 7 min walk to the beach. A close walk to many restaurants and the JW resort. The property had a great pool and lots of toys. We went paddle boarding in the canal and enjoyed checking out the homes. We might considering renting a boat next time. The house was well equipped with all necessities. I have no complaints.

This property was in a beautiful neighborhood. It was only a short walk to the public beach access, good restaurants and shopping. The only time we used our car was a five minute drive to the grocery store. Every amenity you can imagine is available for families, along with a heated pool, playground for kids, bikes, and even kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing poles. I'm not kidding! The owner, Omar, was the best. He promptly checked in with us to make sure all was well and answered any questions we had. We obviously hope to rent again!

Great property and owner!

Working with Omar was fantastic! It was expected that we might have a few issues after hurricane Ian. We were just thankful we could still go on the trip. Omar was extremely responsive and immediately attended to the few issues we had.
