Large and luxurious estate in one of the nicest neighborhoods in all of Marco Island. You can easily walk to the beach (1 mile) and it’s also near restaurants and the grocery store. The pool area is brand new, really well done and beautiful. One very minor request, we wished we could have disabled the door monitors to the pool which alarm if the door is open for more than about 5 seconds. It made getting in and out to the grill a little hurried and cumbersome. I understand the need for a system like this with young kids but would have preferred a waiver and the ability to disable it since our kids are all high school age or older. Overall, really awesome property, definitely gets the highest marks, and no one wanted to leave.

Perfect House for 4 Couples!

The layout of this property was perfect for our group of four couples who vacation together every year. We've stayed in a lot of different homes together, and we all agreed this was among the best! Four ensuite bedrooms all on one level, made for easy living for all. The outdoor area was perfect with a beautiful pool/hot tub and cooking area. The dock was perfect, and the channel gave us quick and easy access to the gulf, which we enjoyed most days on our rented pontoon. The location was great, within minutes of shopping, restaurants, and right down the street from Publix. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to other travelers looking for a rental in Marco Island.

Not Great

We could not use the garage for the vehicle due to missing garage door openers. The jets for the hot tub were not operable. The jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom did not work correctly and a foreign substance came out of the jets. The house smelled musty and all the brass accents in the bathrooms had a rust coating on them. The automatic blinds were not all functioning properly. It would help if the light switches were labeled as there is 15 switches in each room that seemed to not operate anything important like a light. One of the other bedrooms had empty cans, bottle tops and even a press on finger nail underneath it

Even better than the pictures

This house was outstanding and exceeded expectations — beautiful furniture and decor in pristine condition — with lots of space for entertaining and an excellent floor plan that allowed for individual privacy. Although we were part of a larger group here for a family reunion on the island, we spent much of our stay enjoying “our” luxurious pool and appreciated the waterfall, cool underwater lighting. We had a few minor maintenance issues (mostly related to malfunctioning lights), but they were quickly addressed by the management company, Vacasa, who not only came out on a holiday, but also followed up to ensure our satisfaction.

Beautiful house but no service with issues

Beautiful house with all amenities. Kitchen and bathrooms all well supplied, plenty of towels. Loved the pool and hottub, although would have helped to have written instructions for panel. Contacted property mgr several times about door alarm to pool. 6 adults staying there, no kids and we could not enjoy the amazing slidibg glass doors or primary bedroom door to pool because of obnoxious pool alarm. We would have gladly signed a waiver. It was perfect weather to watch tv from pool or hot tub ( paid extra for heat) but door alarm prevented this. Ridiculous. Also no propane in firepit .. contacted property mgr 3 times and never came to replace.. disappointing

Beautiful Home

A beautiful home with modern furnishings. We absolutely loved the pool and spa and spent most of our time outside enjoying it. The bbq area was a joy to have as well. Everything is up to date and the kitchen is fully stocked. One note, make sure you know how to stream on the TV as there is no cable option. Cannot wait to go back as we are already booked again.

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful and in a quiet but convenient location. We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor area with plenty of afternoon sun but also comfortable seating areas in the shade. We spent most of our time out there despite the August temperatures.

Nice home but disappointing pool problems

When we selected our vaca home we had some priorities. One floor since traveling w kids, 4 bedrooms, and a splashpad for kidos. Those were the musts. Unfortunately 3 days of our week rental we were unable to swim due to pool being green. Heat index was 108 two of the days. Despite many calls and messages it was worse everyday to the point we no longer could use it. Ac didnt work main part of house last day and dishwasher rack was broke on arrival but it was being repaired finally day before our departure. The kids were super disappointed with a heat index of 108 we couldnt cool off in the pretty pool we so looked forward to. If i owned this home i would be very upset knowing it was a complete alge filled mess for days and days. They sent someone told me a filter issue and pool was ready for use. Pool was never cleaned while we were present and by day 4 its was so gross no one could swim or use that or hot tub. We ckd out this morning with no resolve to it. Due to lack of good service when a problem arrises we wouldnt use vacasa again. The house was clean on arrival and a beautiful home and layout. Loved location ect just disappointing we cant ever return to this one. Word of advice is a arrival binder with detailed info on basic info, garbage days ect would be helpful. We were left to just figure it all out on our own.

Great place

It was a beautiful home. We had 4 adults staying and it was near a Publix and many restaurants. We paid for pool heat but could not get it working so we are in the process of getting our money back for that. The house was immaculate.

The nicest Vrbo we have ever stayed in. The home was stunningly beautiful, comfortable and clean. Absolutely perfect for three adult couples and our mother. The only thing (I must mention) is the pool doors alarm (which can't be turned off) is very annoying. The alarm would be great if you have small children, but you have to walk around the home if you want to go to the dock or pool while others are sleeping. The pool and dock are are fantastic. We also rented a boat from the week which made the trip.
