Lovely stay with the whole family. The house was clean and had lots of extras, especially toys for the kids. The location was great for walking to the beach, putt-putt, and restaurants. We appreciated the bikes in the garage. It was a cool week, so thankfully we made use of the hot tub. We had a couple of issues, but the management company was right on them.

The house was excellent. My husband is on oxygen and in the past we have stayed at houses with lots of steps and it was so hard on him that he didn’t always get to participate. This year he said it was his favorite because he got to do everything. Every thing was as stated and more. We loved it so much we already booked for next year.

inside was not clean, dirty dusty we had to clean dust, dirty walls tried to clean, inside washing machine filthy, not as advertised with the photos on VRBO site. Bugs on beds throughout house, bathtubs, shower.interior paint is old worn out touched up in areas. Needs a total update! False advertising in my opinion from photos on vrbo site to what it actually is.back grill area, looks like nothing on site pics. overhead fan greasy filthy light doesn't work,grill was nasty I had to clean, garbage disposal sink outside doesn't work.On and on,wine chiller doesn't work, cabinet door underneath grill falls off. Outlets don't work, dust on top of the refrigerator I cleaned that off. Rag left up on top of the window above front door on the inside. Baseboards I cleaned. All dirty. Rotting wood at the pergola. Baseboards are beat up. The more you're there,the more you see.musty smell cleaned up all the areas that we could, tried to make the best of this.overwhelmed with the bugs.Front door handle about to come off, door out by the grilling area doesn't shut, broken door plunger. Just hanging. It's like they come in,do quick clean up& leave.Totally disappointed!we left Fri.night check into hotel in Naples. bugs were too bad for my grandkids.Took few pics some videos cleaning some of the areas. I know nothing will come of this. Guest come in behind us, will have it a little cleaner. I should not have to take photos of everything that is bad. Walk through the place and look.

Marco In March

We go to Marco every March to celebrate my birthday. We use to stay at the Marco Island Beach Resort but they went all condo. We started renting through VRBO in Marco last year. I have used VRBO on many other occasions. The house was very big but was worn. Could use a new paint job and either rug cleaning or replacement. Bathroom towels were discolored and tattered. I called the host and she immediately sent over 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes. Also, provided us with 6 new beach towels. Location was good but difficult to navigate out of the driveway onto Winterberry.

Poor House Cleanliness/accommodations, Great Location

The house is situated in an excellent location on the canal and near the town. However, aside from the size of the house and its location, the property requires significant maintenance. Upon arrival, we noticed that the floors were exceedingly dirty; our socks and bare feet became black and sticky from walking on them. Additionally, we could not open any of the curtains facing the canal as the curtain rods were detached from the walls. The main light fixtures above the kitchen island were covered with cobwebs extending to the counter. The outdoor kitchen seating area also needed thorough cleaning. As a result, we took it upon ourselves to clean these areas extensively. Furthermore, we discovered a large rat near the front door. The most concerning issue was the secondary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the main floor, which should not be inhabited due to the presence of BLACK MOLD along the carpet, baseboard, and adjoining wall with the bathroom. Fortunately, we managed to accommodate our group in the remaining space of the house. Our family typically does not complain and always leaves a place cleaner than we found it. However, we wish there was an option to post pictures to substantiate our concerns.

Wonderful home!!

This property fit our needs so well! The kids didn’t even want to leave the house during the week because they were having so much fun here. The pool was perfect and we were able to fish right off the dock. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and had plenty of room for all 10 of us. Plus the beach was right down the road and we used the bicycles a few times to ride around and check out the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Rainy vacation

Plenty of room for 11 people. There were a few housekeeping issues and a plumbing problem, for which the management company sent a repairman right away. Despite rainy weather, our family enjoyed the pool and spa and had another wonderful week in Marco.

AMAZING PROPERTY AND GREAT LOCATION!

Our family of 10 stayed at this property the first week of June 2024. It was everything we could have wanted in a rental house and more. Our crew loves to fish and being on the intercoastal water was a major highlight. Everyone fished from sunup to sundown and caught a variety of different types of fish including a bonnet head shark! The location was just a short bike ride away from the beach access point since public parking is limited. We highly recommend this house and hope to be back in the future.

Enjoyed the pool a lot

Had a fun time at this beautiful house. Enjoyed the pool and docked our rented boat right in back. Room for everyone and even a pool table. Only issue was the dishwasher did not work- called the mgmt company and got it looked at, needed replacement, which they did a couple days later.

Great Vacation

The location and the house were great. Plenty of room for the family and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Our only issue was the dishwasher was broken and wasn’t getting fixed/replaced until after our trip. Aside from the dishwasher, everything else was great.

family reunion

Wonderful space for all the young families and their children. Helpful host to help us rent baby equipment needed for the stay. All loved the pool. Saw Dolphins off the dock. Enjoyed walking and jogging around the neighborhood and to/from the beach. Very well stocked kitchen. Just lovely!!

Wonderful Vacation House!

We enjoyed staying in this fabulous, spacious house! The pool/spa was perfect for the hot summer days after the beach. Loved having the dock out back on a canal, which the boys enjoyed fishing on, and we enjoying renting kayaks and taking them to the islands for finding great shells! The pool table was a highlight of our stay, as well as the large kitchen and outdoor grill with beautiful outdoor dining area. Great location, 15 minute walk to beach access, mini-golf, restaurants, stores. Our family group of 11, ages 5 to 70, really enjoyed our stay at this house!
