The swimming pool is heated and kept at 85-86° in the winter.

For your safety, there are two security cameras located on the outside of the home. One facing the front yard and one facing the back yard/pool area.

You will access the property via lock code, received on the day of check-in.

If you're driving in, you won't have any issues parking and getting around the island. Biking is the preferred method of getting around by tourists and locals but walking is also an option! Uber and Lyft work perfectly well during the day.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home (including the covered patio), but you can smoke in outdoor areas such as the lawn as long as you dispose of the remains in an ash tray.

The designated parking area is located directly in front of the garage. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. There is no parking allowed on the street.

For your safety, glassware near the pool is not allowed. Children under 12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian while at the pool.

Consider turning off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. But keep the AC on!
