Island getaway

Excellent property. Very clean. Beautiful views from Canal. Short walk to the beach. Manager very responsive. Would definitely come back in the future. Only downside was I wish we stayed longer!

Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing time! The pool and dock was amazing! All the extras the host provided were a surprise but so appreciated (wagon for beach, fishing rods, floats, bait buckets, cooler, beach towels, beach chairs to name a few). No complaints from us!

Short stay

Property was as described and stocked with much more than expected - even band aides! My only complaint would be the dog hair that seemed to be everywhere - especially in the pool area. Our towels were always full of it. None of us have pets so we really didn't appreciate all the hair. The pool and pool area also needed cleaning. Dead palm fronds needed to be hauled away the first day and we tried skimming the pool as best we could - need new skimmer. The report said pool was to be cleaned on Mondays, and this was a holiday, but it was never cleaned while we were there. Location was good - maybe not as close to beach as advertised - but close.

10/10 Reccomened! Beautiful home with dockage.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The views were incredible and the home was fully equipped which made it a very convenient stay. 10 Min walk to the beach, sandbars close by will accesible by boat, house had a heated pool, dockage and was pet friendly what more can you ask for. There were plenty of towels the bed was very comfortable and the TV in the living room was great. Tons of beach stuff in the garage too. We enjoyed every minute of this trip. Thank you for having us. Will definitely be back again!

Best Vacation Ever!!!

We had the most wonderful time on Marco Island in this beautiful and well equipped home within walking distance to many things, including the beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. The things that stand out are the two king sized beds with great mattresses, fishing gear, bicycles, the pool and plenty of pool toys and THE DOCK that we spent many hours on with plenty of room for a boat. Great fishing from there and our last morning a dolphin came by and wished us a safe trip home! The kitchen had everything you would need to whip up a fabulous meal and there’s a nice grill in the pool enclosure though we chose to partake in all the awesome restaurants on the island this trip. Gina was a text away and very helpful with any questions we had. Absolutely no problems at all with the home or communication! Super clean! All six of us agreed that this was the best spring break vacation we’ve taken since the boys started school…they’re 15 and 17 now! Thank you Gina and Manuel for the opportunity to stay in your home and the bottle of bubbly that made wonderful mimosas on the dock our first morning!

Great family getaway!

We loved our trip to Marco Island! Gina made sure our stay at her home ran so smoothly. The property was a little slice of paradise - we loved enjoying an afternoon swim in the pool and sitting out by the water. It was also an easy walk to the beach and some restaurants - even with a toddler in tow! We would definitely stay here again if we are back in town - which we sure hope to be!

Perfection

This is our second time staying at this beautiful house, and it won’t be our last! Everything about this house is delightful. The location is in walking distance to everything straight up to North collier Blvd- at the entrance to the public beach! Also many restaurants and shops at the Marco walk plaza. The house is spotless, with a big kitchen, and 2 1/2 baths, which is a big plus ! The pool is warm and overlooks the water. The owner , Gina is very easy to deal with, though we don’t usually have any problems. I highly recommend this house, just hope it doesn’t get too popular so it’s available when we stay again!

Relaxing

The house is an older home but very clean. It had everything we needed! Pool was supper clean! Location is great! Communication with Gina was awesome. She was quick to respond if we had any questions!

The property is accurately described . I only had to contact Gina once. The grill needed repair. She responded immediately . A new grill was delivered ASAP. We had family and friends of all ages. It's walkable to the beach. The little kids lived in the pool. I like to fish and spent time fishing off the dock. The house worked out great for us.

Great location. Pool/patio area of house amazing. Really enjoyed relaxing there. Close walk to beach with wagon for carrying items. Nice beach towels. Beach chairs available too- a little old but useable. Beds comfortable. Would return to this house.

A relaxing oasis!

This house was amazing. It had plenty of space to hang out. A beautiful pool and or favorite going down to the dock and sitting watching the jelly fish and dolphins go by. The sitting are by the pool was very comfortable too. It is a quick walk to the beach , shops and stores .

Family get away

Plenty of room for our family plus grandparents. The house was clean and cutely decorated. Stocked with everything we needed plus a few unexpected treats like pool floats and champagne. The owners responded quickly to all my question while I was packing. A 5 star experience.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing 10 nights at this property. The house is immaculate and decorated beautifully. The pool was spotless and a perfect temperature. We loved the location as it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants, shops, and my daughters’ favorite, mini golf and ice cream parlor. Gina was very communicative whenever we had any question arise, although there weren’t many as everything we needed to Know was outlined in her welcome booklet. We really appreciated the beach gear and pool toys as well as the use of their Netflix and Disney plus guest accounts. The house is very spacious with plenty of space for living and sleeping. The outside lanai and pool deck is huge and provided a lot of nice shade in the afternoon. We are already checking our calendars to see when we can return!

Wonderful Beach Week

The Island Oasis is a great property. It has everything that we needed for the week to enjoy the beach and fun in the sun. Chairs, cooler, wagon you name it, they had it. Minutes to the beach and restaurants. Had a very nice welcome booklet about things to do in the area. The host didn’t miss a beat. What a wonderful place to stay
