Nice location with walkable distance to beach access

House was nice and the heated pool was a nice extra. BUT Vacasa did not turn on the pool heater that we paid for until the end of the 3rd day. Walk to beach access was a short 10 minute walk, but the beach wagon was broken so the cooler and chairs became very heavy. Beds were REALLY creaky and interrupted a good nights sleep. Don’t know why owner hasn’t fixed this problem?Pool light for night swimming still broken. A couple of newer beach chairs would have been nice. This house could be a 5 star with justA little TLC from the owner.

Great house and location

We loved our stay. The place was clean and when we needed help with something they were very quick to answer and help us. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pool, and stayed on it all day long.

Nice location.

Quiet neighborhood with a nice pool. Kitchen was well enough equipped to cook for a family. Pool was very nice. The beds were terrible. They felt like they were 40 yrs old and found two huge cockroaches when we arrived but they were easily disposed of. Overall was a nice place.

Beautiful property, great pool.

Beautiful place for couples wanting to get away with awesome pool. Quick walk to beach, quick drive/uber to all of Marco. Pre check-in communication was awesome, only issue we had was the air conditioner quit working our last night. I tried working thru VRBO (my fault, I should’ve contacted the host), I tried that later but by that time we were ready to leave.

We had a fantastic stay! The property is ideal for a family and I used the property to work remotely for the week so the extra space was ideal! The pool was super clean and a great size. They also provided tons of towels, outdoor seating, and beach amenities such as chairs, noodles, beach cart, and an umbrella. It's an easy 10-minute walk to the public beach to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We can't wait to return!

Short Walk to Beach

We had a short trip to Marco and spent our time in this home. We paid to heat the pool which was delightful. We found the property super clean upon our arrival and the pool was nicely heated. The only reason I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 star rating is due to the need for the house to be updated a bit. The appliances are dated and the frying pans were in need of replacing. There is also a portion of the screened pool enclosure is missing which allowed bugs to come into the pool as well as the outside seating area. With a little TLC, this would easily be a 5 star review. Nice walk to the beach from this home.

Summer vacay

The house was nice and we really enjoyed it overall. Good amenities with everything in functional condition, although some areas of the house could use new paint. Great location. Two issues, both of which relatively minor. One, the children's rooms did not have the TVs shown in the ad. Second, the pool still needed to be cleaned and vacuumed when we arrived. Would stay here again but would request they ensure pool is cleaned and ready before arrival.

Don’t expect much and during your tool belt.

Check in was fairly easy and painless. That was quickly changed with a broken hall closet door that almost fell and hit one of the guests. Then leading to the back door handle being broken. On top of that the tv didn’t work. Don’t expect to freeze anything in the freezer because it wouldn’t even keep a frozen pizza frozen.

Come and relax

Not much cookware to work with.Few things need to be addressed :window and door blinds, toilet needs adjusting,screen oven pool need’s repaired,5 bulbs burned out,including pool light,1 pool recliner was unusable,bikes in the garage were unrideable,need to treat for ants,the pump on the pool was starving for water when I got there, I knew to add water.pool was always clean and warm . Very nice I’m not complaining. I enjoyed my stay. If know one says anything you don’t know.We never did figure out the tv in the living room. I talked to Grant and Monica and I think they do there best to take care of you. O yeah those beds need some attention. I hope to be in there again next year . Thanks

Hi, The place was clean and easy to check into. The location is great, but it’s an island so it’s all good there. The fridge was not working right, nothing stayed cold so I had to throw some things out. I called twice, nothing was done and no one called back, I checked rental contract and it says everything is “as is” , I thought maybe after reading that I had bought a used car instead of renting a vacation house, so I’m not sure what “as is” means. Also, I am a fan of Wim Hof and his ice shower/bath which is good because the pool was artic cold, apparently I missed the memo that said I needed to pay extra to heat it (I think I paid around $4,000 for week so I’d assumed that was included, silly me). The beds are not comfortable but in all fairness none of them are that I have stayed in. I’ll just go with the rental company located in town when I go back, I used them in December, they came right out when we had a plumbing issue. I wouldn’t say my experience was the worst ever, it just could have been better. You really can’t go wrong anywhere you stay on Marco, this company just wasn’t up to par with customer service. Thank you 😊

Great location and layout for family.

The property was close to the beach, was clean and had a great pool and layout. Management was easy target a hold of and work with. Things it lacked were enough beach towels, beach accoutrement (sand toys, cart, chairs, etc).

Nice property in good location. Interior was clean and comfortable. The blinds need to be replaced as each window had missing blinds. The pool deck needs a good cleaning and power washing to use. Also, I would request the pool pump run longer or faster to help clean the pool.
