The house is spotless, Yanelis the host was extremely helpful and prompt with replies, and the pool and hot tub warmed to the perfect temperature. We especially appreciated the highchair and pack and play for our granddaughter. Just a great stay!

Perfect!

Perfect stay. So nice to have a big selection of coffee K-cups, plenty of soap and towels, plenty of things for the beach in the garage. Everything was very clean as well! Very comfortable, everything as advertised! High end vacation home, would love to stay there again!

Don't Miss Out on this Property!

Everything about this home was great! It was absolutely spotless, smelled great, and was more than comfortable! Perfect spot on the canal to have your morning coffee! Would highly recommend and hope to book again soon!

Great house, perfect location

We have been traveling to Marco for a number of years, always booking houses. As our kids have gotten older the needs of the house we rent have shifted - this review is for our current stay of two adults and a 16 year old (and his friend for a couple of days). Clean! Yay! No complaints here. The kitchen had newer appliances and the grill worked great. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with utensils, pans, coffee makers. Neighborhood was quiet and the location was great - a nice walk to Mackle Park and easy to get anywhere. Pool area was spacious enough with the table in the shade and two lounge chairs in the sun. There is a storage box of pool toys for younger kids. Lots of beach towels and nice beach chairs and two coolers. We didn’t use the beach umbrellas as we had those rented on the beach - but they were available in the garage. Laundry was definitely newer and loved being able to quickly wash towels as needed. The hosts were super responsive and attentive - a great stay! Only downfall (and super minor) was the lack of a garage door opener for use in the car.

Love Marco Island

This was our third year, renting on Marco Island and we absolutely love it. We like that it is not crazy busy and the maximum speed limit is 35😆. The house we rented was very nice, very clean, and comfortable. Love the pool, the spa, and the house had everything you need. Any communication we needed to do with the owner, he was very responsive.

Pleased with our stay

The house was very nice as reflected in the pictures. All issues mentioned in previous reviews had been addressed and we had no problems. Very responsive communication with the owner throughout our visit. Would definitely return again.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view

Overall the house is in a quiet neighborhood and has a beautiful pool and view. It definitely could use some repairs on a few things. The curtain above the sliding glass door kept falling on our heads. I knocked down a star since there were people at the house when we checked in at 3:30… we were very confused. The water pressure also wasn’t the best. However, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the pool and all Marco island has to offer. The house is very spacious but you must buy toilet paper and paper towels once you use the one roll (per bathroom) that is given - Same goes for trash bags as well. We will be back but hope that the few repairs needed will be taken care of for a more enjoyable stay. I also wanted to note that there is a ring camera at the front door (not a problem but I believe it should be stated on the listing). This would be perfect house for a family trip.

Comfortable Home in a Good Neighborhood -Many Issues

Firstly I did speak w/person listed here who addressed some issues. This Marco home with multiple problems, needs some investment from their rental income. Microwave and range hood don't work, crappy replacement on the counter. Totally unacceptable for a house rental. Dont look up or you will see black mold in the ceiling air ducts as well as several un-repaired leakage issues in the ceilings. Curtain rod across main slider fell down several times when trying to move fabric. No garage door openers, No code shared w/tricky operation, made it necessary to use 2 doors before leaving the property every time. Total Nuisance. Property management firm HORRIBLE and dont speak any English. Only 2.5 rolls of toilet paper were left, which ran out on Thursday when we switched to Paper Towels until Sunday. Kitchen was a huge disappointment. No dish towels (we used face cloths), no plastic wrap or aluminum foil. We spent $6 at Publix for 3 containers to pack food for the beach. (Your welcome). Only two garbage bags in the kitchen trash cans for 7 days. No extra left in the can. *Indication of a major plumbing issue, water pressure in both bathroom faucets and back hall toilet. Trickle is being kind. Unacceptable! TV remotes need batteries. Exhaust in second bath does not work. 4 adult bikes, 1 with a bubbled tube, 1 with handle bars that move, 1 with bent fender. Impossible to ride bikes together. Run like a flop house, vs investment property with what seems like absentee ownership.

Spring Break 2023

My family had an incredible stay for Spring Break. The house was immaculately clean and the pictures are a direct reflection of the house. The nieghborhood was very quiet and the canal view is fantastic. 5 stars all around and would definitely book this house again.

Family Vacation

Overall our family had a wonderful time renting this house for Easter 2022. We had absolutely everything we needed for our vacation. The location is wonderful and very quiet. The owner communicated very quickly. However the house itself could use some TLC. I am very attention detailed. The door knob to the master fell off, the curtain above the slider to outdoor area looked like it was going to fall the whole time, the face cabinet of the garbage in kitchen is very loose, the dock chairs are very weak, the master toilet area smelled like dog. Another drawl back was the ice machine on fridge was not working. I am also a person who likes to clean up and we could not vacuum up stuff because there was not a sweeper. Also if you are a first timer to Macro, you have to drive to the beach and there is limited parking. We were lucky to find a parking lot. You still have to walk to the public umbrella rental area. Do not even attempt Tigertail beach with kids, the walk is very far. All and all the house was a great rental.

Great stay!

Overall, wonderful and will stay again! Clean, had all kitchen items we needed. TV's in all rooms with Netflix, etc. Pool was great size, perfect temperature, and the view was beautiful! Plenty of bikes for adults and even kid bikes that my 9 and 7 year old could use! They even have a buggy you can pull behind. Beach cart and chairs were awesome, too. We biked to the beach almost daily!Check in and out was seamless, host was very helpful and responsive! Loved it!

Amazing Property

This house is gorgeous, pictures do not do it justice. It was spotless when we arrived. The pool area is amazing, and two bedrooms, the dining room and main living room open up to this beautiful patio. The views from the private dock are spectacular. It is located in a quiet, quaint part of town, just minutes from the main road. Loved every second of our vacation here. The owners were so nice and quick to respond to questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Nice but couldn’t match the stellar rating

I would have rated higher had the check in/out instructions been communicated in a timely manner and if the house was cleaned. I had to call VRBO the day before our trip to find out what I needed to do, as the host did not send or reply to my inquiry regarding how to check in. Check out instructions were never provided so we did what we thought was right and removed trash, placed sheets in laundry room, cleaned all dishes, etc… The house was not clean upon arrival. Counter tops had lots of dust, table outside had sand on it, pool had LOTS of sand in it, dead bugs on kitchen floor, used cork on patio, and corn kernels at bottom of hot tub. The house did have nice furnishings and the pictures and descriptions was accurate in the listing. House is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and was close to all the places we chose to visit. There were so many positive reviews on this house which is why we chose it. Unfortunately for us, I could not continue the stellar rating.

Nice Place to Stay

Five Star Experience

Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood, our first VRBO rental. If we had known we would have stayed longer. Great for 4 or six guests, very spacious, clean and pleasant.
