I have never left less than a 5 star review and hesitated to submit this but thought I would to help future travelers. Let me start by saying the home was very clean, management was very responsive and the location was amazing! Despite the few things I mention we still had a lovely stay. My husband and I concluded that perhaps the owner has not stayed in this home for some time as many issues were minor but for the price we pay they really should be remedied. Our findings were as follows: Ceiling fan in living room wouldn't turn off - switch seemed broke; bathroom fan wouldn't turn on at all and must need replacement; there were no hooks or bars in master bath to hang a wet towel; the toilet seats all had cracks/very worn; No propane for the advertised grill for our one fish meal we wanted to prepare; the advertised beach amenities were very worn (beach umbrella was broke & one of the two pool floaties was torn). The stove didn't work well - upon looking it up we read that magnetic pans were advised which home didn't seem to have. Upon checking in we noticed there was only a Keurig but no drip coffee pot which is a huge must for our group of six. Apparently the listing did say only a Keurig but it didn't register with me until checking in as it seems odd not to have a more efficient drip pot for groups. Note that upon calling mgt on this they were awesome and had a drip pot delivered in minutes - very impressive! Minor stuff but for the price should really be updated.
