Beautiful home

We enjoyed this lovely home with very modern decor. Heated pool was a plus for early Spring, and the view of the canal from the lanai is tranquil. Took off one star for proximity to a busy street, but the hedges and house positioning do a good job of reducing noise and street exposure.

Nice Place in Marco

This place was very nice, my boys 6 and 11, loved the pool. The beds were comfortable the bathrooms were nice especially the master. The kitchen was well stocked for the average person, my husband likes to cook and he found a few things missing like a stock pot and cheese grader. Other than that it was a great location and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home/Beautiful Marco Island

We loved our time on Marco Island. The home is beautiful and meticulously maintained. We had everything that we needed. We rented a pontoon boat from Gator Boats and we’re able to tie it to the dock to enjoy many adventures throughout our stay. It’s a great location for boating and proximity to everything is great. We loved the pool and the house is beautiful.

Great Home

Incredibly clean, great home for our family. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. Bathrooms and bedrooms were also nice. We’d stay here again without hesitation. My only suggestion is an easier check in process. Rather than requiring guests to pick up physical keys at the office, have a digital/electronic lock on the door. Great, perfect home for us.

Great Place to Stay

It was a great location on the canal, we rented a boat and were able to keep it at the dock. The kids loved the pool and it was nice and warm. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Master shower was great. My husband loves to cook and we did notice there was no stock pot and a few other minor items missing from the kitchen. But for the average person the kitchen was well stocked :) Had a great stay!

Great location , clean house , nice pool. Recommendations for the owners or managers . Upgrade and purchase more beach towels . We bought some for the house and left them . Some simple inexpensive things that would have made our stay better . Supply more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom., more than 2 soap pods for the washer and dishwasher , more than one roll of paper towels , more than one trash bag . We went out 3 separate time and the the house all of these supplies , but would have been a better experience if the owner stocked the house for guests . Have the house keepers clean the strainers in the bathroom drains . The showers wouldn’t Drain and partially flooded until I pulled them apart and cleaned them out . This should probably be down after each set of visitors. The last recommendation would be to buy bikes for the house , kids love bikes and it’s a great family home for a vacation , but had to add another $300 to rent the bikes . The owners could probably purchase 4-5 bikes for $300. We loved the dock and were able to rent a boat which was key to have while on vacation in that area . I would highly recommend gator boat rentals as well. All in all ,, those are just recommendations that would put this rental at a 6 star ! I would highly recommend this house to any family looking for a great vacation.

If only the property manager took an interest

The house is very pleasant but on a fairly busy road. If you are not used to traffic noise it is intrusive. The next door house is having a major renovation with a pool being built, something we were not told about. When we raised it with the agent the answer. She was not aware and it is something they had no control over. The dust from the landscaping next door covered the pool area which the agent knew nothing about. So the soles of one's feet were covered when stepping out of the pool. The fridge freezer dumped water onto the floor ever other day. Clearly not highlighted by the cleaners as there was large pool of water on our arrival. The starter on the BBQ did not work. The underside of the microwave above the cooker hob was covered in grease. When I reported the broken iron I was told buy a new one and the agent would raise a cheque. I live in England so impractical. There is the minimum of supplies, two plastic rubbish bags, two toilet rolls etc. When queried this I was informed all this was covered in the contract. Which 17 pages long with 27 waivers' so you the renter have not a leg to stand upon. A cleaning team turned up unannounced when we were in bed. Wrong address. The pool man left the side gate open to the pool with a hosepipe running and left. So many things that highlighted a lack of oversight by the agent. The week previously we rented a house in the Marathon the agent there delivered.
