Family of 5 with kids, really enjoyed our stay. Clean nice house with great patio and awesome view of the canal. Is about a 10min walk to the beach, not a bad walk at all though. Would definitely recommend!

Just a perfect location! Loved our private pool and the view was fantastic. Saw dolphins right from the lanai and burrowing owls in the neighborhood. House layout nice w the master away from the other two rooms. Walkable to the beach. Host was wonderful. Have already booked for next year.

Great location to the beach

We are a family of five with kids ages ranging from 10-16. Great location with only a short walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool is perfect and able to get sun all day if you desire. The backyard is great for fishing on the canal and watching the morning sun with a cup of coffee. The house was comfortable with everything you need. We will definitely be back.

March Break Holiday

Spent a week at the property with family for March Break and we had an absolutely amazing holiday. The house was exactly as advertised and the location could not be beat! This was our second time to Marco Island and our first time at this property and we would definitely return and recommend to others. The house itself was clean and tidy. We spent the majority of our time on the patio or in the pool that overlooked the canals and we loved every minute of it! We were even lucky enough to see a playful dolphin from the small dock behind the house on our first morning. We used the provided bbq regularly and we took advantage of the numerous beach accessories available including the wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach access was less than a 10 minute walk away which was also fantastic! Our family would absolutely recommend this property and we would definitely consider returning for our next trip to Marco Island.

Great house on Marco Island

Great house with a heated pool. Lots of room for our family of 5. Made use of the wagon, beach chairs and beach umbrella in the garage. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend.

Paradise

The property was beautiful. Short walk to the beach. My husband and son enjoyed fishing in the canal. We rented a boat for a few days that was delivered right to the dock. We saw many dolphins in the canal. It was a perfect week. The only small glitch was that the description of the property included a hot tub which it did not have. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location

This was such a perfect location for my family. My husband, the fisherman, was happy to fish off the dock while my kids swam in the pool. I was happy with the 10 minute walk to the beach! Highly recommended!!!

Can’t beat this location

We really enjoyed our stay. House was just as advertised. It was clean and ready when we got there a little early. Pool was nice and warm, some household items were available to get us started (dish soap, trash bags, tp) which allowed us to not have to shop immediately. Provided Beach chairs, toys, cooler and wagon were all we needed for the easy 5 minute walk to the public access entrance. The street was quiet. Jon was very responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue and it was taken care of quickly. I would stay again in a heartbeat because of the location and amenities. If I could ask for anything it would be a king size bed in the master and a tv in the kids’ room.

Spacious home close to beach access

Very clean home with a great pool, plenty of room for the family to spread out and close to the public beach access. Appreciated the beach supplies in the garage and the ability to warm the pool as needed. Enjoyed being on the water. Look forward to staying here again.

Don’t look too closely

The property “looked” fine on the surface and the view and location were great! BUT….. -no hot water in master shower -freezer is broken; ice cream all melted -could not get guest bedroom fan to turn off -trash & rusty scissors left under guest bed -rusted, old appliances -mold on kitchen counter Would not stay here again.

The property was in a great location, and had a lovely channel view and pool, which is why we booked it. It is in need of a deep cleaning (ex. floor grout) and new linens, especially pillows. We emailed the owner with a request for another queen size sheet set and they were delivered the next day from Amazon, so he is very responsive. Overall, we would rent this again but we really need a king size bed.

Location is everything

When going to Marco over Spring Break we knew parking at the beach would be challenging. That was 100% of the reason we chose this property. It was a very short walk (3 blocks) to the public access to get onto the beach. It also had a pool (temperature was perfect) and was on a canal (we saw dolphins and schools of fish on multiple occasions!) We have stayed on Marco multiple times and in larger more upscale houses but this one is all about location and accessibility during that time of year. This house could be everything with a little updating but it suited our needs perfect and we throughly enjoyed our stay. We did have to purchase garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soup, laundry soup (to wash bedding when leaving) but it is what it is! It did not make our trip any less enjoyable and we would return to this house during busy season!
