Great house, great location!

ur stay at this vacation rental was absolutely wonderful! Situated in a great location close to the beach, this house exceeded all of our expectations. Firstly, the house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt right at home. The layout was perfect for our group of four couples, offering both privacy and plenty of communal space to gather and socialize. Each bedroom was comfortable and provided all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals together. We especially enjoyed dining al fresco on the patio, which offered lovely views and a great atmosphere. The location couldn't have been better. Being so close to the beach meant we could easily spend our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean. Additionally, there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance, giving us lots of options for entertainment. The rental process was smooth and hassle-free, with the owners being very responsive and accommodating to our needs. It's clear that they take great care in ensuring their guests have a memorable experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this vacation rental and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway near the beach. We're already planning our next trip back!

Excellent Location

Excellent location to walking to beach. Warm pool. Friendly neighbors. Many amenities... beach gear, bikes, linens, kitchen items, etc. Will definitely return soon!

Amazing Marco Island Vacation, 2022

The property is located very close to the South Beach entrance; about a five-minute walk. Everything in the house was spotless, spacious, and welcoming. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. They have LOTS of beach towels available for the guests, bikes, a wagon, umbrella, chairs, and many toys for the children to play at the beach. The pool was serviced twice during our two-week stay to ensure the water was perfect. This is our second time staying at this location and we love it. We are looking forward to booking our vacation again next year.

The house was perfect. It had everything we wanted and more. My wife thought the cleanliness at check could’ve been better, but overall the house was great. I’d certainly go back and stay there again.

Amazing

We had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful , very clean and wonderful location. We were so close to the beach, stores and a lot of nice restaurant. The pool in the back yard was so nice after a long day at beach. We enjoyed cook outs on the lanai and playing games in the evening. The only downfall was only 2 bathrooms, one was in the largest bedroom. The other was shared by the rest of us, which made it a little tricky. Other then that it was perfect.

Family time.

The house was awesome. I will definitely stay there again. It was well equipped with everything needed in a kitchen. Easy walk to the beach. AC temp was perfect. House was very clean and coming from Delaware it was nice not to have to pack linens, beach towels...etc.

Great stay, bit on a warm side..

Great vacation house for a big family. The only reason for four stars is the AC unit. It clearly is too small for the house and has hard time keeping up. We were there end of June beginning of July and the temperature during the day rose to 82 degrees. If you are cooking, especially if the oven is on, it could get to 86 degrees. The best way to deal with it is to keep all the blinds closed and all the fans on. We did call the agency and they sent a technician twice, but there is very little they can do. They did add the refrigerant both times, unfortunately it helped very little. Otherwise we loved the house! It is spacious, with a good size completely private pool. Master bedroom has a big walk-in closet, large bathroom with a walk in shower and a separate soaking tub. Master bedroom and one other bedroom have patio doors leading to the patio and the pool. The house was very clean on our arrival. It has everything you might need. Plenty of towels, extra sheets, blankets and pillows, fully stocked kitchen, board games, books. The location is great, it’s only a block and a half away from the beach. We would definitely rent this house again! Hopefully they will fix the AC by that time.😉
