We spent a lovely two weeks at this property on Marco Island along with our adult children and granddaughter. The home was so well equipped with everything we needed. We brought our boat and loved how easy getting out to the Gulf was. The heated pool was very much appreciated after a days at the beach and on a few chilly days. It was the perfect vacation home.
Ice cream and food boats at the beach!!

Cozy and comfy

Being able to wake up and drink coffee on the dock and getting to enjoy the water, seeing dolphins, iguanas, and so much more was the best vacation I've had in a while. This home had all the necessities we needed. The location was perfect for the cruises we took on the ocean and store runs we needed to go on.

Beautiful spot two canals and very quiet and peaceful

big very clean just some things need to me fixed shade in bedroom. Lock on one slider and from door needs to be fixed. Grooming out side and in pool area could look a lot better and ceiling and screen in pool area need to look better. Other then these minor problems great location and a lot of space. Very clean.

Tv in living room not functioning Pool was not heated and filtered when we arrived Garage door opener not working Dishwasher soap for 2 days when you stay 7 days Just one wine glass for a 3 bedrooms home Needs some loving care Patio furniture very basic No decent placemat.

Loved It!

We had a wonderful experience at the Boater's Paradise! Upon our early arrival we walked into a spotless and roomy house. The house was bigger than expected and both family rooms had large walls of windows that opened completely. This was my best feature and i loved how it brought the fun from the pool into the house and kitchen! We highly recommend this place and would stay here again! What is a meaningful review if you don't mention the good with the bad .. We had 1 or 2 issues that were taken care of within hours of mentioning them to the rental place... they were on top of their game! If I must note a few things that could be improved on - but really did not effect the enjoyment of the stay - they would be ...1) Some lights out and needed replacement which I found in the closet of the laundry room. 2) Many of the light switches are not labeled or do not control anything... 3) pool was warm and we would have liked to turn it down a little but didn't know how.4) better grill utensils would be nice 5)some baking sheets would be nice too! We really had a wonderful time... beds were very comfortable, quality sheets and pillows. Lots of room for games, double refrigerators for drinks, nice fans and patio furniture too !

Reviewer Comments: The property is good because I has a canal in the back and is big but the there are a couple of areas that need to be upgrade including the pool, the pool that has leak and causes the water lever to drop and makes the pool green because it looses all the chemicals very fast.

October 2023 Stay

First of all the service from Marco Island vacation properties was amazing! They went out of their way to find a solution to our boat trailer parking dilemma. They were always fast to answer questions. The house is a great location! Perfect for fast access to the gulf for fishing, no bridges. Also great central location to shopping and restaurants. Although not as modern as some rentals, the house was immaculate, and very well equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful view and able to see our boat at all times. Big kitchen with all the amenities. Comfortable beds and pillows. Even extra blankets to use while watching tv. We have booked many vacation properties that were more modern but not as well maintained or comfortable. We would definitely rent this property again!! Great value!!

Reviewer Comments: The whole house needs an improvement, the kitchen has cockroaches, the light is insufficient in the kitchen, dining room and family room areas. The pool is very old and dirty, we had to call the company the first day and ask them to send someone to clean it, they sent us someone very quickly but we could only use it from the third day. I do not recommend anyone to rent this property.

The front area of the house needs freshing up ! One of us did some needed "gardening"inside the screen. (Got it to look much better) 2 Lights on the "pier/mooring needs repair. (we tryed to set in new bulbs).We think there is no big issues to take care of , more cosmetic. We would absolutely come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home has a great floorplan and a great view. The home needs some TLC, but it worked perfectly for us. It's large enough that you can have separate spaces, if necessary. The space has two living areas, but both areas' furniture is in serious need of replacement. While we were there, the owner replaced the pull-out couch, which was nice. However, the matching loveseat needs to be replaced and the wicker furniture in the other living room HAS TO GO. The positives of this house outweigh the minor negatives, though. The house's location on the channel gives you a view all the way out to Sanctuary Sound and the dock is nice. Working with Marco Island Vacation Properties was an absolute joy. The office staff (mother and daughter) was so nice, and Andrew took care of any issues we had. The rental company is a family owned and operated business and it was evident in every interaction we had. I would highly recommend working with Marco Island Vacation Properties

Access to some of the world's best boating and fishing! You can get to many of the best bars and restaurants by water! And nothing compares to a Marco sunset! The couches in the living room and family are on useable. Couldn't use the sofa bed. Stove top had broke burner and exhaust didn't work. Ice dispenser on refrigerator didn't work. Pool area needs maintenance. Nice location, but the house really needs a little TLC.

Awesome fishing destination!

Great location! Excellent fishing nearby. There are plenty of wonderful beaches and great restaurants nearby. This is my second time renting this house and we will be back.

Fantastic Stay/world class fishing

Right off the dock and onto the boat, a quick ride down the channel and on your way to some the to the worlds best fishing. The place was great and had everything needed for a comfortable long (but not long enough) stay.
