"Paid for 5 nights, stayed for 1. Host ignored multiple messages, phone number wouldn’t connect. Pillows and pullout mattress beyond unsanitary. Overpowering odour throughout property. Weirdly, there was attention to detail in some areas. Beautiful setting, well maintained garden, great location. Such wasted potential from an uncaring host. "Lovely big clean room with extra sofa bed very large bathroom
So peaceful here we went to see the birds of prey early in morning included in the stay had to leave before coffee shop was open but the staff we did meet were all very friendly room had fridge microwave toaster kettle and table and chairs great parking wish we could have stayed longer"

"This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it."

"Breakfast is the problem. We were told that Sunday there is no breakfast, which is not written anywhere on the website; so we had to have - and pay for - breakfast somewhere else. Then, when we had breakfast the other days, we were asked to order the evening before (not written on Expedia as well) and what we were given was barely enough. We all had to spend extra money to reach a very minimum bearable breakfast - as we are people who were in Peterborough to work, not holiday."

"The room was good for our need and as a studio apt it was very well equipped. Bedding and towels very clean but room needed some extra cleaning in corners and shower plug and bathroom fan definitely in need of a good clean. Location very central for Ramsey but entrance their archway very tight"

"We had a 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean and spacious. It had a fully equipped kitchen including a freezer. There was even a washing machine and a dishwasher, There was a really good size ensuite in one of the double bedrooms and a large main bathroom. We were really impressed with the size and facilities in the room. Only slight niggle was that with a very tall family the beds were not the largest. We would definitely stay there again."

"The property is attractive, room was lovely and clean, grounds were appealing and we had a room with French doors leading outside with a small table and chairs outside which was great for breakfast etc. There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal which is a bonus if you fancy self catering.
Adam was helpful and informative.
Very quiet and relaxing location and perfect for visiting the area although you do need a car."
