On the ground floor, the living and dining room features 1 double sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens directly onto a 15 m2 roofed terrace as well as the swimming pool area. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by its own shower and WC. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully fitted and connects seamlessly to the living spaces. A further bedroom with 1 french bed of the same dimensions (160 cm x 200 cm) is also located on the ground floor and is served by a dedicated shower and WC. On the upper floor, 1 bedroom features 1 french bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a private shower and WC, and direct access to a 10 m2 balcony. 2 additional bedrooms on this floor each contain 1 french bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and are each served by their own shower and WC. A fifth bedroom on the upper floor also includes 1 french bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and air conditioning, with a shower and WC nearby.
