It was a nice house for our family get together. However, the 18 pages of rules were really to much. I do not believe that it is the responsibility of the visitors to be stripping beds after the stay or to be washing towels. Towels should be washed by the staff. You do not know how people wash towels. They should be sanitized. Also the sanitizer at the door to clean your shoes is a little to much.

Absolutely loved this property. The pictures do not do it justice. The space was roomy, comfortable, clean. Adults enjoyed the living area, while kids were able to let lose in the rec room. The pool was fantastic - warm, large, clean. We spent SO much time outdoors. Location was super convenient - shops, lighthouse, Cedar Point, grocery stores. Renee was a wonderful host - communication prior to our stay was clear and she was available via text/VRBO app throughout the stay. 100% would stay again!! 10/10 recommend.

Our family enjoyed staying in this home. There was so much for the grandkids to do. The pool was wonderful and they loved playing on the swing set. Everything is fenced in. It actually seemed bigger than the pics, lots of room. Everything we needed was provided.

Big home with great pool

We had 13 people ages ranging from 9-62. There are so many beds and places to sleep. Our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool is an especially nice size for our family. Great location with lots of stuff to do. Our family is so appreciative that this owner has labeled all the cabinets so we knew where to find things and where to return them. I think this is our first home rental that had adequate supplies of kitchen towels and cloths plus loads of towels and washcloths. Also the first time an owner had supplied plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, this are usually the first things we purchase once we arrive. Great place, thank you for sharing.

Rules!

The property was spacious and clean, the pool and hot tub were great, but a 15 page rental agreement is over the top. I have never had a contract like and have had many vacation rentals. In case of war, the owner is exempt from the agreement? Don't use the fire extinguisher except in case of emergency? Clean your shoes for ten minutes before entering the house? The bedrooms were hot and stuffy, even though the air conditioner seemed to be working well. We kept doors closed as instructed. Also, I got locked out on the patio when the door closed and locked. Even though the facility was wonderful, the incredible rules put a damper on our weekend. The little children did learn what "trapezoid", "obtuse" and "acute angles mean."

Family Vacation

We are a family of 13 ranging in age from 68 to 2 and we rent a house annually for a week so the kids can have fun with the cousins. This house fit what we look for, a pool, large gathering place and a nice kitchen to prepare meals. This house met all of the items we look for and we thank the owner for the opportunity to rent it.

Great house & so clean!!

This house was great for 19 people and was very clean. The house had labels for everything and the property managers continued to communicate and gave clear check in/check out instructions. The only issue we had was two middle aged men walking into the home uninvited and said they were the neighbors that wanted to “relive their youth”

We had a fantastic time! Everyone enjoyed being together! The house is very clean and has everything you would want. Renee is on top of it! She is a great communicator. She is very thorough. The contract could be overwhelming but if you treat the home as if it were your own you won’t have an issue!! It is a great place!!

Weekend with Friends

Outstanding place to come hangout with a group of friends. We had 10 adults for the weekend. The living space and kitchen is wide open for dinner and gathering. The game room will keep you busy just as long as the pool and hot tub. I will definitely be staying here again. The host was very friendly and fast to respond to anything. The entire place has all essential for cooking and was very clean. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

Fun Family Vacation Spot

Our extended family of 10 (adults and small children) stayed at the property and had a great time. The pool and rec room were fantastic and we spent the majority of our time there during our stay. The saltwater pool is beautiful, but the hot tub could use an update. Everything was very organized in the kitchen, which made cooking easy. We all agreed that we would stay again someday.

Perfect Family Getaway with Amazing Amenities!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The house was perfect for our family, especially with the pool and numerous games for the kids—they had a blast! The location was ideal, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The host was excellent and very easy to communicate with, even offering an extended checkout. Family get-away

We had a great time. Lots to do with the rec room and pool in the back and then it was also wonderful to have a separate yard with a play scape for our toddlers. The family also really enjoyed playing hide and seek with the double staircase. 😅
