July 4th and no sharks!

We had an amazing stay making new memories. I was attacked by a shark last year July 4th so this year we wanted something relaxing! The house was stocked with everything we needed, we packed too much, haha. The beds were very comfortable, the property was in a great location. The homeowners were very responsive. We had a blast.

Exciting Independence Day

This was our second time to stay at the Elm Lodge house. The location is super easy, just a short distance to Kingsland. The home had everything we needed, plenty of room and the pool is very nice. We experienced some severe weather during our stay and the owner made sure we were safe. We hope to return next year.

Awesome Lake Trip

Great house with an incredible view! We love the pool and the boat dock was perfect for our boat! We also appreciate the three refrigerators, wine fridge and ice maker. Our grandsons loved having their own tv and living area to hang out in! And the beds are super comfortable….

Great Spot. Perfect for families

My group (6 adults, 5 children) had a wonderful time at this house. It had plenty of space for everyone. The pool was fantastic. The yard is very large and flat allowing us to play games and run around. The house is right on the water for easy swimming and boating access. The hosts were responsive. Highly recommend this house for families.

This was one of the best VRBO's that we have rented, very accurate on the description. We had a wonderful time being on the lake and having the pool, it was great for the kids. The house was very clean and also very enjoyable. We had a wonderful time at this lake property! The house had everything we could possibly ask for! Our older grandsons loved fishing off the dock and kayaking. The younger ones loved the pool and tv room. All of the beds were super comfortable and the lake views were breathtaking!

We loved our stay at Kingsland

We were very pleased with the house and grounds of the VRBO property we chose this year. The house was great for our 11 relatives. We cooked most of our meals and found the two refrigerators were nice to keep our groceries and drinks in. (We pre-ordered our groceries from the Marble Falls HEB and picked them up before we arrived at the house.) There is an ice machine and a bar area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean. We all loved the pool ... it was very clean and well maintained. Some of us loved fishing ... my 6 year old granddaughter caught the most fish. We all loved relaxing in our lake floats we brought from home. (The water in the lake was nice and warm in June.) The boys used the kayaks that were already at the home. Our kids and grandkids were all in favor of us renting the same house for our vacation next year.

Amazing week at the property!

We had a great week at the property. The house, yard, pool and boat dock were perfect for our family vacation. Our kiddos had a great time boating and jet skiiing on the lake and then swimming in the pool, the media room was great for them. The owners were great to work with and we appreciate their quick response from the start of the booking until we departed. Highly recommend this house and we will be back next summer.

Excellent paradise on the lake

We love everything about this beautiful house! Excellent size, very spacious! Nice pool, backyard, dock with a lift was a big plus! Kids loved hanging out and jumping from the dock and playing on the lilly pads. The best part was that our dog was allowed at the house to enjoy all the fun with us ! This house had everything we needed and more ! And the host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with!

Great Lake week with adult kids.

We rented this house on the lake. We chose this property because of the pool and open water with a dock where we could park a boat and jet ski's safely. It was a great property overall. Loved that the kitchen was well equipped as I cooked non stop. Loved accessibility to all the water toys and life jackets kept in the garage. We were grateful for that. Location can't be beat. The views are awesome and the house was comfortable for our group of adults. Cons: The spiders and spider webs on dock need to be cleaned and maintained better. They were intrusive as is. The pool furniture, porch furniture, and dock furniture need to be updated. I would add chaise lounges by the pool and up on the upper dock. I felt like the house was lacking in this area and I wished we had those. The bed pillows were pretty bad off as well and could use an upgrade. It's little things like this that I feel should be great at this price point. Nothing major, just small inexpensive upgrades that would have made the experience top notch for us. Overall, a great stay!

Great Family Vacation Rental

Our family had a great stay at this rental. The house layout and location was perfect for playing in the water, finding things to do in the area, making and sharing family meals and having space for 3 couples to take a break and nap. Loved it! Host was great!
