Beautiful House

This was a great house. We had a big group and we never felt squished. The house was updated and very clean. Just as described. In a nice neighborhood and very close to horseshoe bay resort. So much parking! Thank you. We will definitely stay again!

Quiet and peaceful!

The house was beautiful with plenty of room for the 11 of us. Very quiet neighborhood so we spent alot of time out on the patio. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied.

Girls weekend

We had a lovely time at this property. The house was absolutely Beautiful and very spacious. We had 11 in our party and were very comfortable. The property management was very helpful and proactively reached out prior to our stay to make sure everything was in order and to address any questions. Amenities were great to include kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and bags of ice in the freezer. We will definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Home

We attended an annual family reunion that was held for the first time at Quail Point. We needed lodging to accommodate a my family, my brothers family and my sister. Thus having a smaller family reunion before heading to the larger reunion at Quail Point. This home was perfect! Large enough to accommodate the adults, large enough for the rambunctious children to play without being afraid of getting hurt or breaking something. Close to Quail Point so if you needed to pop back over from the event it was easy enough. Check in was super easy as well as check out. The owners were helpful in sourcing a boat and ski jets. We didnt use those services but we could have. The AC worked beautifully which was noticed by several since we were there in the middle of July An excellent experience.

Great Stay!

The house is great for a group of friends looking to get away for the weekend. But what really sets it apart is the effort put in by the ownership group. The concierge services are great and made the trip so much more convenient and relaxing.

A winter wonderland that failed to ignite!

Imagine the anticipation of a winter weekend sitting in front of a warm fire. While this listing advertised fireplace{s} as a feature, we arrived to learn that the fireplaces were not usable in that they had not been cleaned in over 2 years. Major disappointment. The property manager brought a peace offering of a bottle of wine when I asked for an adjustment to our charges. At least, be accurate in the advertising of this feature. The per nite charge almost doubled when including mgmt fee (what Is that) cleaning fee and taxes. M

Fantastic Thanksgiving

My family gathered for Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time. Management was very attentive. Some beds are not ideal for adults, for instance, sofa beds, but we had plenty of room. Proximity to resort is nice too, since a family member had a membership. All in all, loved it!

Perfect for group

Our stay was fantastic. House is perfect for groups because every bedroom has it's own on-suite. There were a few things that needed attending to when we got there and management was very quick to send someone every time. Beautiful views of the water on the front deck (a bit through the trees, but it's there) Front deck was wonderful for mornings/evenings. Very nice house, well equipped with everything you mights need - even had a zester (which I needed!!)

Great Location!

This house was beautiful and very comfortable. Perfect for a weekend at the lake. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there are plenty of places to sleep! The kitchen, living room and patio are very nice and pleasant!

Wedding Party hosting house

My daughter was married at Horseshoe Bay and we are from out of town. This house was perfect for the weekend and day of wedding. The bride and bridesmaids had hair and makeup done upstairs , while the guys had downstairs to get dressed and chill. Made it great for photographer and videographer to pop up and down. Perfect in every way.
