Family vacay on the lake

This is a beautiful home right on the lake, private pool. There was ample sleep space for our kids and grandkids. We would love to return! Boat Town Burgers right next door too.

Should be better

Location good. Not great. Owner needs to decide whether to have a home or a rental. You can’t offer open water, charge the rate and not provide a boat slip or jet ski slip. Inappropriate. Should not have cleaning team sitting outside 15 minutes prior to check out revving engines trying to get in. They have 5 hours between out/in. Too much renter check out responsibility. Should not have to do all trash, dishes, towels, etc. Owner should have that responsibility. Should not have to ask to turn on hot tub. Just saying, for the multi-thousand rate charged it comes up short of expectations. Just saying…..should be better.

Labor day

Took my family there for labor day and we had a great time. House was nice just like the pictures. My grandchildren loved the pool. Is at a nice location because theirs a restaurant next to the house.check in and check out was easy. The only thing I didn't like was that you have to wash the towels before you leave so we showered and got ready and had to wait on towels to dry for almost an hour because you have to put them up too or you get charged if you don't..

Summer Vacation at LBJ

The exterior of the home needs to be power washed. It is very dirty and uninviting upon entrance. The backside of the house where you enjoy the pool and lake view is also very dirty. In contrast, the interior was very clean and comfortable. The view of the lake was beautiful. It was nice getting to walk to Boat Town. We had a family of 10/11 and we cooked the three nights we were there. With a large group comes a lot of trash. The two trash bins outside were already full upon our arrival. This became an issue at the end of our stay as we had no where to properly put trash. Overall we had a great time.

Very Nice House and Location

Overall, we were very happy with our stay - celebrating a friend's birthday with a fun girl's weekend. The house was in a great location and was a perfect size for our (7) person group. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and view of the lake. Also nice to be near the restaurants next door to the house. We did encounter a few things that management should address for future renters. - (3) out of the (5) toilets had loose seats and need either tightening or new screws. - the house could have been cleaner upon arrival - there was some trash alongside the house and some areas in the bedrooms that were not fully cleaned. - the house could use some placemats for dining - the main room sofa is somewhat uncomfortable and probably getting older - and well used. - the bathroom in the bedroom with the full-sized beds could use a bathmat for the tub - as the surface gets very slippery once soap is used while showering. - the King bedroom shower on the 2nd floor had a handle that was off when we arrived, and it was hard to open the door from the inside of the show because the handle was not attached. Overall, it was very nice - just a few tweaks that could help with futures stays. Property management was very responsive but not all of the requests were completed by the maintenance person, as FYI.

Perfect Eclipse Family Gathering

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great - we could walk right over to Boat Town and enjoy a great meal or bring home take out. They have lots of TVs so watching the Final Four and Championship games were really fun. The house was comfortable and clean. The grill does not work, but everything else was in working order. We paid to heat the pool and it was worth it. Easy to communicate with the owner. Highly recommend Junction Prime for a special dinner. The food was surprisingly good! Great experience overall.

Great quick long weekend! Very nice and clean house. Great property management communications. Grill wasn't functional (very low heat) and neighbors are a little close, but overall awesome stay.

Online description and pictures were spot on. Very easy and thorough instructions for check in. Management team extremely reachable. Thank you for the added time with spa:) View is spectacular. Has grill extremely weak and we could not bbq even with all burners on. House is beautiful but in a run down neighborhood. Not much to do near property. Would recommend with warmer weather.

Pleasant stay

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful home. We enjoyed to pool and hot tub. We had to text property manager every time we wanted to use hot tub which was a bit annoying but they responded quickly. The deck was nice and close enough yo enjoy the band at the commercial property next door. Great location for renting a boat. You can practically walk to boat rental place. A couple of restaurants are right next door which was also nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal. Downside was water isn’t really swimmable off the dock due to the hydrilla. Outlets in master were not working and shower door didn’t close. Otherwise perfect rental. We’d rent it again!!! Very spacious and really beautiful place!

Best House

The house was beautiful, stylish and super clean! We made tons of food in the kitchen and spent tons of time in the pool and in the lake. Splash rentals is right across the lake, so I dropped off my teens and they paddled kayaks right over! Had the best time.

Very clean and just like the description!

We just got back from an incredible stay at this property. The accessibility to Boat Town next door was great, and we loved cooling off in the pool. The house was very clean with comfy beds and linens. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a meal, and there was plenty of seating inside. The management company was great with responding to us and we couldn’t have picked a better rental.
